Taco Bell Employee Flat Out Refuses ENGLISH Speaking Customers – Pays HUGE Price! 



This last Wednesday a lady in Hialeah Florida named Alexandra Montgomery was out looking for so fast food and decided on the local Taco Bell.

When Montgomery entered the drive-through line she had no idea what was coming or why she would be leaving insulted and empty-handed.

Alexandra attempted to give her order to the Taco Bell employee but she wouldn’t take it.

A Taco Bell employee in Florida who refused to serve a woman in the drive-thru line because she wouldn’t speak Spanish has been fired.

The incident took place Wednesday night in Hialeah, a predominantly Spanish-speaking town, when Alexandria Montgomery tried to place an order in English, the Miami Herald reports.

Video of the argument between Montgomery and the employee who identified herself as Luisa was shared on social media.

In it, Montgomery can be heard asking for a manager, but the employee says in Spanish that she is “in her house sleeping” and there is no one available to take her order, according to the Herald.

“Can you move please? I have an order behind you. There is no one who speaks English,” Luisa continues.

Despite Montgomery’s persistence, the employee still won‘t take her order and eventually closes the drive-thru window. Montgomery then has to leave without any food.

She told el Nuevo Herald she contacted the manager to tell her what happened, but “all she did was apologize and say thank you and the call was disconnected.”

A spokesperson for Taco Bell Corp. said Luisa’s actions do not meet their “customer service expectations” and that the employee, whose real name is unknown, had been fired, the Herald reports.

“We have worked quickly to resolve with the customer to ensure this doesn’t happen again,” the spokesperson said.

While the area where Montgomery was attempting to buy her food was predominantly Hispanic it’s hard to believe that a major corporation would allow one of its restaurants to not have English speaking and Spanish speaking employees.

She could have had the guest point at what she wanted on the menu rather than telling her to leave. Either way, it’s kind of ironic that she needed to speak a foreign language to order in America.

The fast food industry has been riddled with problems including tampering with customers food.

COLUMBUS, Mississippi – A fast food worker who became upset with a drive-thru customer was arrested on a felony charge of “selling unwholesome bread or drink” after allegedly licking the cheese and placing menstrual blood on a cheeseburger before serving it at a Jack’s restaurant in early January.

18-year-old Sky Samuel turned herself in and has been released on a $5,000 bond. If convicted, she could serve up to five years in prison for the alleged crime.

City of Columbus Public Information Officer Joe Dillon tells KFOR-TV, “The employee didn’t understand the woman’s order, words were exchanged, and it went downhill from there.”

The customer ate the meal, then made a complaint with Jack’s for poor service. It wasn’t until the woman saw a Facebook post that she called to file a complaint with Columbus police.

That Facebook post came from the mother of Samuel’s teenage co-worker, who went into detail about the allegations against Samuel.

Tabatha Hollins posted, “So if u went to Jack’s between 10:00pm and 10:30pm on 1/7/2017 and u order the big jack with a sprite u got more then ketchup!!!”

Hollins also posted a recorded phone call between Samuel and her daughter, in which Samuel can be heard saying that security cameras “can’t see right there” in the area where Samuel was standing.

Hollins’ post has been viewed more than 180,000 times and shared more than 4,000 times.

In the recording, Samuel denied any wrongdoing.
