President Trump is always dealing with an array of detractors. Especially given some of the policies he has supported. The case is no different now, now that he is beginning to reinstate a Social Security anti-fraud plan that was put into place under the Obama administration and used to identify illegal immigrants.
It was recently announced that the current White House administration will be restarting the notification process to American businesses when sensitive and personal information that is submitted on employee tax forms does not properly match up with the records of social security numbers. This had been a longtime business practice that was stopped under the Obama administration.
The Daily Caller reported,
Beginning in 2019, the Social Security Administration (SSA) will send “no-match” letters to employers when a name and social security number combination provided by an employee does not match the agency’s records for that number.
Employers who fail to correct the records could be subject to IRS tax penalties, Bloomberg Law reported Tuesday.
The resumption of no-match letters also has significant implications for identifying illegal immigrants who have stolen a U.S. citizen’s social security number and used it to prove work authorization. As many as three-quarters of the 7 million illegal immigrants in the U.S. workforce possess a social security number that belongs to somebody else, according to SSA estimates.
No-match letters can be considered preliminary evidence that a worker is an illegal immigrant who appropriated a social security number to gain employment, according to a September report from the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI). Using government records obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, IRLI found 39 million instances of social security number mismatches between 2012 and 2016.
Many of those instances are repeat mismatch reports involving the same number, and others were caused by name changes, clerical errors or non-alien criminals stealing identities for other reasons, according to IRLI executive director Dale Wilcox. But “we know a large portion of that number certainly is stolen identities” on the part of illegal aliens, Wilcox told Bloomberg Law. The SSA has sent some form of mismatch notification to companies or individual employees for decades, but the Obama administration quietly suspended the practice in 2012, citing a lack of resources. At the time of the suspension, no-match letters were being sent directly to employees, not employers.
“The termination of no-match letters has resulted in a thriving black market where illegal aliens can obtain the Social Security numbers of U.S. citizens in order to gain employment,” IRLI, the legal wing of the Federation for American Immigration Reform, said a news release on Sept. 11. “The Social Security numbers of young children are especially sought by illegal aliens, as this theft is likely to go undetected for years.”
The Obama administration halted no-match letters eight days after it began accepting applications for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program in August 2012. Due to the timing, some immigration policy analysts concluded the move was made to reassure DACA applicants they wouldn’t be prosecuted for identity theft.
“Since awareness that they had been ‘flagged’ as identity thieves might well have dissuaded them from disclosing their whereabouts in a DACA application, suspension of the SSA program was a logical add-on to the other actions taken by the administration to prevent fear of identity-theft prosecution from depressing DACA applications,” Temple University law professor Jan Ting wrote in March.”
In the past, the aim of no-match letters was to inform various companies as well as their employees that their contributions to social security were not being adequately and properly credited because of their mismatches. In 2016 during the tax season, there was approximately $1.5 trillion in earnings for the Social Security Administration in the suspense file. This is where the agency holds down uncredited wages that it knows it can definitively match in its database that holds all social security numbers.
Over $409 billion of the total was totaled between the years 2012 and 2016, that is three whole years. This was a period when the Obama administration had already stopped sending n-match letters. As was reported by the IRLI.
This could potentially be a part of the president’s attempt at comprehensive immigration reform without having to get or receive the approval of Congress since this is not legislation or public law. Especially recently with the controversy surrounding issues at the border between Mexico and the United States. Only time will tell what type of long-lasting reform takes place.

Trump Not Backing Down: ‘If You’re Not Happy Here, Then You Can Leave’
Don’t you find it amazing the people that spew Anti-American hatred..yet..they still live here? It’s time that every American hating leftist finds a new place to call home.
Finally, America has a REAL leader that speaks the truth and isn’t afraid to tell it.
President Donald Trump is not backing down from calling on progressive Congresswomen critical of the U.S. to move out of the country, saying Monday, “If you’re not happy here, then you can leave.”
“If you’re not happy here, then you can leave,” President Trump said, prompting cheers from the audience at a planned “Made in America” event at the White House. “As far as I’m concerned, if you hate our country, if you’re not happy here, you can leave.”
“But if you’re happy in the U.S., if you’re complaining all the time, very simply you can leave, you can leave right now. Come back if you want, don’t come back, that’s okay too. But if you’re not happy, you can leave,” he added.
The president appears to have been once again referenced Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), who in a series of Sunday tweets, seemingly told to “go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came.”
President Trump responded to questions from reporters, this time dishing out more specific criticism directed at Omar and Ocasio-Cortez.
“Somebody that comes from Somalia, which is a failed government, a failed state, who left Somalia and ultimately came here and now is a congresswoman, is never happy,” said the president. “[She] says horrible things about Israel, hates Israel, hates Jews, hates Jews, it’s very simple.”
The president also seemingly referenced how Omar once joked about how one of her professors would say “Al-Qaeda” in a serious tone. He also recounted how the Minnesota Democrat downplayed the September 11th, 2001, terror attacks during a speech before CAIR earlier this year.
President Trump then turned his attention to Ocasio-Cortez’s fierce opposition to recent plans by Amazon to build an expansive corporate campus in New York City. Continue Reading

Ocasio Attempts To Grill Former ICE Director – He Destroys Her
If you enter illegally, and you have children with you, you will be separated from them just like any US citizen breaking the law would be. This isn’t rocket science.
No other country in the world would allow anyone to come in illegally and get away with.
How is this bartender in office? Truly embarrassing.
Via The Daily Wire:
Former ICE Director Thomas Homan rendered socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez utterly speechless on Friday during a congressional hearing after the 29-year-old former bartender tried to grill him about immigration-related policies.
“It says the official recommendation, there were three different options presented, the third included the option for family separation,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “This initiative would pursue prosecution of all amenable adults including those presenting with a family unit.
Unprepared @AOC tries to come at Former ICE Director Thomas Homan.
She gets eviscerated.
It's hard to watch.
Total savage flex by Homan at the end.
AOC *literally* left speechless.

“Mr. Homan, your name is on this, is this correct?” Ocasio-Cortez asked.
“Yes, I signed that memo,” Homan replied.
“So, you are the author of the family separation policy?” Ocasio-Cortez asked.
“I’m not the author of this memo,” Homan replied.
“You’re not the author, but you signed the memo?” Ocasio-Cortez pressed.
“Yes, a zero tolerance memo,” Homan responded.
“So, you provided the official recommendation to Secretary Neilson on families for the United States to pursue family separation?” Ocasio-Cortez asked.
“I gave Secretary Nielson numerous recommendations on how to secure the border and save lives,” Homan responded.
“But it says here that you, you gave her numerous options but the recommendation was option three, family separation,” Ocasio-Cortez said.
“What I’m saying this is not the only paper where we had given the secretary numerous options to secure the border and save lives,” Homan responded.
“And so the recommendation of the many that you recommended, you recommended family separations?” Ocasio-Cortez continued to press as she seemed unable to understand Homan’s previous responses.
“I recommended zero tolerance,” Homan responded.
“Which includes family separation,” Ocasio-Cortez pressed.
“The same as is whatever U.S. citizen parent gets arrested when they’re with a child,” Homan said.
“Zero tolerance was interpreted as the policy that separated children from their parents,” Ocasio-Cortez continued, again not seeming to understand Homan.
“If I get arrested for DUI and I have a young child in the car, I’m gonna be separated,” Homan responded. “When I was a police officer in New York and I arrested a father for domestic violence, I separated that father from their family.”
“Mr. Homan, with all due respect, legal asylees are not charged with any crime,” Ocasio-Cortez said, refusing to acknowledge the majority of people entering the U.S. at the southern border are not legitimate asylum seekers.
“When you’re in the country illegally, it’s a violation 8 United States Code 13:25,” Homan responded.
“Seeking asylum is legal,” Ocasio-Cortez responded.
“If you want to seek asylum you go through the port of entry, you do it the legal way,” Homan fired back. “The Attorney General of the United States has made that clear.”
Ocasio-Cortez had no response for Homan and immediately moved on to question other people.
