Well, it seems Barack Obama doesn’t want to go away.
The 44th President of the United States is angry that his signature law, Obamacare, was declared unconstitutional by a federal judge on Friday and he has vowed to go to war.
The former president took to Twitter on Saturday to tell his so-called fans that his fight is not over.
There are two things you need to know today about health care.
First, today’s the last day of open enrollment. That means it’s the deadline to make sure you and the people you love have health insurance in 2019. So head over to HealthCare.gov to get covered!
Second, you might have heard about a federal court decision on a Republican lawsuit trying to strike down the Affordable Care Act in its entirety. That can be a scary thing to hear, particularly if you or someone you care about has a pre-existing condition. And that’s why it’s so important for you to know that last night’s ruling changes nothing for now. As this decision makes its way through the courts, which will take months, if not years, the law remains in place and will likely stay that way. Open enrollment is proceeding as planned today. And a good way to show that you’re tired of people trying to take away your health care is to go get covered!
A lot of good people are fighting to ensure that nothing about your care will change. The ACA protects your pre-existing conditions, no matter how you get your insurance. Young people can stay on their parents’ plans until they’re 26. Preventive care like checkups, mammograms, and contraceptive care are still covered. Mental health care is still covered. Women can’t be charged more just for being a woman. All of that is guaranteed by the ACA as long as it’s the law.

But all of this should also be a reminder that Republicans will never stop trying to undo all that. If they can’t get it done in Congress, they’ll keep trying in the courts, even when it puts people’s pre-existing conditions coverage at risk. The only way to convince them to stop trying to repeal this law, and start working to make health care better, is to keep voting, in big numbers, in every election, for people who’ll protect and improve our care.
So go get covered today at HealthCare.gov!
One thing that is correct?..the fight definitely ain’t over.
Here’s more on the story via The Federalist Papers:
It will likely head to the Supreme Court.
But the chances of it being saved this time are microscopic as President Trump destroyed the thing that saved it.
It was a genius move after Congress denied his idea to repeal and replace.
President Trump got rid of the individual mandate, the tax on the uninsured that saved it in the Court.
It was argued that the mandate made it a tax and Congress is charged with levying taxes with made it legal.
No individual mandate, no tax.
No tax, not constitutional.
It is 4D chess and President Trump is a master.

Joe Biden Claims Obama Admin Didn’t ‘Lock People Up in Cages’ – Here Are The Facts
The left continues to spew propaganda. And of course, MSM doesn’t fact-check them.
CLAIM: Former Vice President Joe Biden claimed, on immigration: “We didn’t lock people up in cages.”
VERDICT: FALSE. The “cages” were built by the Obama-Biden administration.
Univision moderator Jorge Ramos asked Biden at the third Democrat debate at Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas, why Latinos should trust him after the Obama administration continued deporting “undocumented immigrants.”
Biden claimed that the Obama administration’s policies were more humane than those of President Donald Trump: “We didn’t lock people up in cages,” he said.
In fact, the “cages” were built by the Obama administration to deal with a surge of unaccompanied minors who crossed the border illegally in 2014.
Originally, the Obama administration was “warehousing” children — literally — in overwhelmed Border Patrol facilities. Breitbart News broke the story of the surge, which was partly triggered by Obama’s policy of allowing illegal alien children who entered the country as minors to stay in the country (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA).
The above photo was published by the Associated Press in June 2014, and the photo below is of Obama’s Secretary of Homeland Security, Jeh Johnson, touring a Border Patrol facility with “cages.”

The “cages” are chain-link enclosures in Border Patrol processing facilities that are meant to protect children from adults in custody. They are not permanent accommodations.
In mid-2018, as the Trump administration began enforcing a “zero tolerance” policy that stopped the “catch-and-release” policy of letting illegal aliens go after they were arrested. Detaining adults and children meant that children had to be processed separately; the enclosures prevented adults from harming children.
As Breitbart News reported at the time, children were not housed in “cages.” They were processed and then taken to shelters, where they were given medical care, toiletries, education, recreation, and counseling, and where staff attempted to find relatives or sponsors to whom they could be released.
Democrats began tweeting images of “kids in cages” to condemn the Trump administration. Journalists, too, shared those images.
One problem: they were taken during the Obama administration.
Public outrage at the images led President Trump to end the policy, and require families to be detained together. Continue Reading
