The National Football League has become a national disgrace after the last entire season became a political spectacle. The players, most teams, and even the league’s commissioner, Roger Goodell, didn’t seem to have learned their lesson with the unprecedented revenue loss that resulted from it, as well massive decline in ratings.
The National Anthem kneeling rages on into this season, except for one surprising player. New York Giants’ Odell Beckham Jr.is not only one of the top wide receivers in the league, but was one of the athletes who was widely reported about last season for his disgraceful on-field antics. Most notably was when he got down on the field on all fours, lifted his left leg, and acted as if he were a dog urinating on a fire hydrant.
According to USA Today, Odell revealed that this grotesque celebration after his touchdown was aimed at President Donald Trump. The star athlete was fined $12,154 for this disrespectful and very unsportsmanlike behavior, Washington Post reported.
However, that was last season when Odell also suffered a broken ankle that forced him to abruptly end his playing time in October, according to ESPN. This season he’s back playing with his team and is shocking fans and detractors alike after publicly dropping to his knees and making an unexpected proclamation.
Faith Family America reports on the shocking turn of events:
The National Football League has remained a controversial subject matter as players continue kneeling during the national anthem to protest racial injustice. However, one football star changed up the game when he knelt on the field in prayer instead of protest.
Odell Beckham Jr (aka.OBJ) was able to participate in preseason activities and even start in the Giants’ season-opening game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Although Beckham Jr. suffered a loss on the field in his first official game back, he is winning at life — and he’s giving all of the glory to God.
Following his return to professional football, OBJ captivated the nation with a powerful photo displaying his love and gratitude to God. OBJ credits God for the quick and smooth healing of his ankle injury.
“Lord, I come to you at this time… not to ask you for anything… but just to say Thank You,” OBJ wrote in an Instagram post.
“Mind. Body. Soul. Spirit. God I can’t thank u enough for completely puttin me back together and givin me another opportunity,” the star wide receiver said in an earlier post. “It’s OUR time.”
OBJ has been much more open about his faith after getting baptized in Jerusalem over the summer. See photos from OBJ’s international trip below. Please note: click on the right arrow of the photo album to scroll through all of the pictures.
Praise God! It is so wonderful to see Him working through such prominent names in American culture.

NFL Partners With Rapper Jay-Z To Co-Produce Super Bowl Show – ‘Will Inspire Social Change’
This will further destroy the NFL. A sport that Americans once loved. This will only be a disaster for the NFL.
Majority of America is beyond tired of this Anti-American garbage. So..continue on, NFL. You will continue to lose more and more supporters.
The NFL has announced that it has turned over a large portion of the decision making process for the Super Bowl halftime show, as well as other music and entertainment decisions, to social justice activist and rapper Jay-Z and his Roc Nation entertainment company.
Given the activist politics of Jay-Z and his wife, Beyonce, league entertainment choices will likely be heavily driven by “woke” motivations.
On Tuesday, the NFL announced that it was partnering with Roc Nation for the upcoming Super Bowl halftime show. But subsequent reports have noted that Jay-Z’s entertainment company will have far more responsibilities than just programming the 2020 Super Bowl.
According to ESPN, the league is handing over most of its entertainment decisions to Jay-Z, including, making him the co-producer of the Super Bowl.
The rapper celebrated the move:
“With its global reach, the National Football League has the platform and opportunity to inspire change across the country,” the rapper said in a statement. “Roc Nation has shown that entertainment and enacting change are not mutually exclusive ideas — instead, we unify them. This partnership is an opportunity to strengthen the fabric of communities across America.”
NFL commissioner Roger Goodell also touted the partnership:
“Roc Nation is one of the most globally influential and impactful organizations in entertainment,” Goodell said on Wednesday. “The NFL and Roc Nation share a vision of inspiring meaningful social change across our country. We are thrilled to partner with Roc Nation and look forward to making a difference in our communities together.”
The deal hands Jay-Z responsibility for “creation and distribution of music content across multiple music and streaming services, as well as consult and collaborate on the production, promotion, and marketing of live music events,” ESPN wrote. Continue Reading

U.S. Fencer Pulls A ‘Kaepernick’ On Medal Stand During Anthem – WATCH
These people are supposed to representing our country..and instead, are a total embarrassment. If you don’t love this country.. don’t put on that uniform. In fact, you are free to leave.
What a perfect opportunity for Race Imboden to defect. He should renounce his US citizenship, and say goodbye forever to the country he hates so much.
Men and women have died for our freedom. Precious blood was spilled for this country. If you hate it.. why are you here? Why represent a country you hate? Liberals are hate-filled lunatics.
These people don’t represent us!
A member of the U.S. men’s fencing team took a knee during the Star-Spangled Banner on Friday, at the Pan American Games in Lima, Peru.
Race Imboden an Olympic medalist and member of the U.S. men’s foil team, took a knee after his team won the gold at the games. He also took to Twitter to exclaim how ashamed he is of the United States, the Washington Post reported.
“Racism, Gun Control, mistreatment of immigrants, and a president who spreads hate are at the top of a long list,” Imboden tweeted. “I chose to [sacrifice] my moment today at the top of the podium to call attention to issues that I believe need to be addressed. I encourage others to please use your platforms for empowerment and change”

I chose to sacrifie my moment today at the top of the podium to call attention to issues that I believe need to be addressed. I encourage others to please use your platforms for empowerment and change.

Imboden now shares a bronze with Canadian Maximilien van Haaster for men’s foil and was part of the U.S. team’s gold win in team foil at this year’s Pan Am Games.
Mark Jones, vice president of communications for the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, issued a statement noting that Imboden violated the rules of the games with his protest against the United States.
“Every athlete competing at the 2019 Pan American Games commits to terms of eligibility, including to refrain from demonstrations that are political in nature. In this case, Race didn’t adhere to the commitment he made to the organizing committee and the USOPC,” Jones said.
“We respect his rights to express his viewpoints, but we are disappointed that he chose not to honor his commitment. Our leadership are reviewing what consequences may result,” Jones added.
Imboden’s teammates, Gerek Meinhardt, and Nick Itkin, both stood at attention during the national anthem. Continue Reading
