Mexican Citizen Illegally Votes 3 Times – Then The Cold Hand Of Justice Drops Down Hard

Published

on

During the last presidential election, illegal aliens voting was a huge controversy. President Trump stated it was a real problem and millions of Americans agreed with him, including me. The biggest reason for throwing the borders wide open in my opinion is so the Democrats can pad their voter base.

Which brings me to Texas this morning. A judge there has just sentenced a Mexican citizen named Laura Janeth Garza, 38, to ten years in prison for illegally voting in the 2016 presidential election. Looks like the cold hand of justice just dropped down on her… hard. She pleaded guilty to voter impersonation and ineligible voting. Both of those crimes in Texas are second-degree felonies.

But, wait… there’s more. Garza has also won a $10,000 fine and she will be deported back to Mexico. Good freaking riddance. I’m just sad she wasn’t caught and convicted earlier.

From The Daily Caller:

“A state investigation revealed that Garza obtained her U.S. citizen documentation by theft. She assumed the identity of someone who had registered to vote in Harris County, Texas. According to investigators, Garza was known as “Angie Yadira Zamora” when she voted in the 2004, 2012 and 2016 elections.

“The deception ended when a real U.S. citizen applied for a passport, only to be told that someone with that name and address had already secured one, Texas Attorney General told the Houston Chronicle.

“Election integrity is a top priority for my office, and arrestees and convictions like this clearly demonstrate our commitment to ensuring that Texas elections remain free and fair,” said Paxton.

“The case will undoubtedly strengthen Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s legislation to enact even stiffer consequences for voter fraud.”

Gee, I seem to remember the left calling Trump supporters conspiracy theorists over voter fraud. Now, I just hear crickets. Trump was right again and now it’s being proven in court. The question is how many illegal aliens got away with voting in the 2016 presidential election?

I still believe that there are all kinds of voter fraud going on across the country and illegal aliens unlawfully voting is only part of it. Voter fraud was a huge problem in Nevada just before I left and I wager it has only gotten worse since then.

Election fraud has increasingly become a hot topic among Republicans in Texas who have called attention to cases like Garza’s to prove their point that there is more voting fraud going on than many acknowledge. Last year, Gov. Greg Abbott signed into law a bill to increase penalties for absentee ballot fraud. Good for him. I really love Gov. Greg Abbott… he has a conservative spine a mile long.

“Anyone attempting to deprive the people of Texas of their voice in either state or federal elections will be brought to justice and penalized by the full extent of the law,” said Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. Ditto my love for Paxton and well… just Texans in general.

Breitbart Texas reported on this:

“A joint investigation conducted by the Texas AG’s office and the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) determined that Garza obtained documents to steal the identity of a U.S. citizen and illegally register to vote in Harris County, according to a press release from Paxton.

“The two state agencies continue to work together on the case. Information about this matter came to light when a female American citizen attempted to obtain a U.S. passport. However, she learned that Garza had already done so using this woman’s identity. As a result, the U.S. State Department referred Garza’s case to the Criminal Investigations Division of DPS, which, subsequently, handed it over to the Office of the Attorney General for an election fraud investigation.”

After Paxton announced Garza’s voter fraud conviction, the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), a national election integrity law firm, commended the Texas AG for prosecuting this case. “Well done,” the watchdog group tweeted. The PILF also added: “Texas can and should invest more resources into probing and prosecuting fraud.”

The PILF filed a lawsuit earlier this year against Harris County for allegedly failing to disclose noncitizen voter records as required by the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) of 1993, also known as the “Motor Voter” law.

At that time, Paxton urged a state judge in a separate lawsuit to facilitate the PILF’s request after Harris County sued over a ruling that noncitizen records should not be disclosed under the Texas Public Information Act, contrary to the Attorney General’s published opinion on the matter.

Paxton’s office also tried a Mexican national, Rosa Maria Ortega, 38, last year for voting illegally for over a decade in Texas elections. She lied and claimed she was a U.S. citizen and then voted as a Republican at least five times in Dallas County. That included 2012 and 2014. So there is voter fraud on both sides here.

Ortega claimed she thought she was an American citizen despite her legal permanent residency and was therefore ineligible to vote. A judge didn’t buy that and she was sentenced to eight years in prison.

This is yet another reason we need the wall and serious vetting of those who come here. Voting is a sacrosanct right of U.S. citizens and as the most powerful nation on earth, we should be able to get our act together and run clean, legitimate elections. Start by doing background checks and vetting on voting monitors and have others watch them as well.

FOX: Mexican Kidnappers Behead Businesswoman After Ransom Not Paid

Published

The Democrats and the media call the border wall ‘immoral’. They say it is a fake emergency. The reason we need the wall on our southern border is a national security issue. It’s a matter of stopping vicious cartels, terrorists, and gangs from moving drugs, weapons, and people back and forth to sell to the highest bidder. It’s to stop criminals who have no regard for our laws and kill Americans whenever they can… or worse.

A Mexican businesswoman, unfortunately, provides an excellent example of exactly why we need that wall. She was kidnapped by a cartel. When her husband didn’t pay the ransom, they cut off her head and dumped her corpse in a garbage bag with a note. The body of Susana Carrera was found last Wednesday inside a bag in a parking lot in the coastal city of Coatzacoalcos in the state of Veracruz. She had been kidnapped a week earlier outside a friend’s house where she had gone to pick up one of her children.

The kidnapping took just minutes and Susana never even had a chance to scream. Shocking video shows how her kidnappers pulled her into a car. They grabbed her and quickly threw her into a car in a matter of seconds. This isn’t a one-off… this happens all the time in Mexico. One wonders when it starts happening more and more here in the US whether the left will even care. Perhaps after a few wealthy leftists have their heads cut off it will sink in.

The kidnappers left a note alongside the woman’s body, according to local media, which read: “This happened to me because my husband played the tough guy and didn’t want to pay my ransom.” You know that’s never the full story. The family was unable to raise the needed funds fast enough for the ransom according to the Heraldo de Mexico newspaper. The kidnappers reportedly asked for a ransom of 4 million Mexican pesos ($207,000). Most Americans couldn’t raise that kind of cash either.

Hours after her body was found, Carrera’s husband, Luis Manriquez, confirmed her death in a message on social media. “Thank you very much to everyone for your prayers and wishes for my wife Susana Carrera to return home. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to and she passed away.” That family is torn asunder and will never recover from this atrocity.

The husband and wife owned an aluminum company called Pezaliminio. It had an office in Coatzacoalcos. It’s unclear why the kidnappers targeted Carrera. The local media put out photos of Carrera’s body and a note. Prosecutors in Veracruz announced Monday that it had launched an investigation into how the photo was leaked to the media, which was probably taken at the medical examiner’s office. Since corruption is so prevalent in Mexico, that’s a no-brainer.

Fiscalía inicia carpeta de investigación y expediente administrativo por filtración de fotografía de los restos de…

“The Office of the Attorney General of the state will not tolerate situations like this one, which constitutes a re-victimization and a breach of the duty of secrecy within the investigation,” prosecutors said in a statement. Yes, they will… just as authorities do in sanctuary states such as California.

No arrests have been made so far and there’s an excellent chance no one will ever be arrested for this crime. The number of kidnappings has reportedly risen in the city of Coatzacoalcos, with 49 reported in 2018. More than 160 homicides were reported last year. These are the kind of criminals that the left is welcoming with open arms here in the US. #WeBuildTheWall

An illegal alien was sentenced to 60 years in prison without the possibility of parole following his conviction for continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14. The Illegal alien impregnated an 11-year-old girl.

The victim faced her abuser in a North Texas court during the trial, officials stated. The case began when hospital officials treated the 11-year-old as she was 19-weeks pregnant.

Star Local Media reported:

“This innocent child showed remarkable courage by naming the monster who assaulted her; he will never harm another child again,” Collin County District Attorney Greg Willis told the local news outlet.

Illegal Alien Roli Lopez-Sanchez

In February 2018, medical professionals told police about an 11-year-old patient who was 19-weeks pregnant. The child disclosed that Lopez-Sanchez sexually assaulted her, and at the time of the offense, Lopez-Sanchez had ongoing access to the child.

Eli Molina of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County forensically interviewed the child, who described details of the sexual abuse. Child Protective Services investigated, and the victim and her siblings were removed from the home.

Last summer, at 12 years old, the victim gave birth. Plano Police Detective Kristin Nichols investigated the case and obtained DNA samples of the baby. After analysis, DNA confirmed Lopez-Sanchez was the father of the victim’s baby.

Breitbart News obtained jail records revealing that immigration officers from Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations placed an immigration detainer on the migrant for being in the U.S. illegally.

The young girl told doctors that 37-year-old Illegal Alien Roli Lopez-Sanchez raped her.

The Officials said he had continuous access to the child at the time. During the investigation, Eli Molina with the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County interviewed the little girl and said she provided details of the sexual abuse. Children’s Protective Services caseworkers removed the victim and her siblings from the home.

To think that the Democrat party doesn’t want to protect the American people from these disgusting animals is quite disturbing. They wouldn’t care if this happened to your child.
