WATCH: Ilhan Omar Laughs When Reporter Asks Her To Condemn Antifa Violence

Published

on

Doing the actual reporting the MSM won’t do. Keean Bexte from Rebel Media cornered the radical members of the Squad and asked them if they would condemn an attempted terror attack by a self-identified far-left Antifa member against an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Tacoma, Washington on Saturday. Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), and Ilhan Omar (D-MN) refused to do so. Instead, they seemed to find it very amusing.

Omar actually laughed when she was asked about the far-left violence. “Will you condemn Antifa?” Bexte asked Ocasio-Cortez and Omar. “Do you feel like you have any sort of responsibility for their actions?” Both remained silent in their solidarity with a communist Antifa terrorist and his violent actions. Bexte doubled down and it was epic: “It’s just like your brother — when you ignore the questions about you marrying your brother, you couldn’t answer it,” he said. “Do you feel responsible for the violent attack abasing the ICE facility?” Crickets.

“It’s easy to condemn terrorism, will you condemn it?” he said. “Antifa firebombed a facility in Tacoma over the weekend – it’s an ICE facility. Will you condemn them for that? I mean, firebombing a concentration camp is kind of a laudable thing, if it actually is a concentration camp. You must be happy that they did it, no? Are you pleased? Should more people do it? It’s easy to say no. It’s really easy to say no.”

From The Daily Wire:

“As reported by The Daily Wire last month, questions surrounding Omar’s apparent marriage to her alleged brother resurfaced when newly-discovered documents suggested the representative lived with her current husband, Ahmed Abdisalan Hirsi, while being legally married to Omar’s alleged brother, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi.

“It kinda blew up in your face when you didn’t respond about your brother — it made it look like you married him,” Bexte said. “You could finish that question now, if you have an answer. Did you marry your brother?”

“Omar, stone-faced, again refused to answer.

“Do you feel like you bear any responsibility for what happened?” the reporter continued. “Ms. Cortez, do you feel responsible at all?”

“Directing his attention to both representatives, Bexte against asked: “Will you tell Americans not to be violent anymore?”

“This is when Rep. Omar, holding her Starbucks drink, is seen and heard laughing on video.

“As noted by The Daily Wire’s Ryan Saavedra on Monday, the man who attacked the ICE facility over the weekend reportedly “used the same ‘concentration camp’ rhetoric” popularized by Ms. Ocasio-Cortez in his manifesto.

“The United States is running concentration camps on our southern border and that is exactly what they are,” Ocasio-Cortez said in June. “They are concentration camps. And, um, if that doesn’t bother you, I don’t, I don’t know, I like, we can have, okay whatever.” The open socialist then mentioned the phrase, “Never Again,” a reference to the Holocaust.”

Willem Van Spronsen, 69, was shot and killed by police outside Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma, Washington, on Saturday after he hurled Molotov cocktails at the building and cars. He also had a rifle – he was armed. One of Spronsen’s friends described him as an “anarchist” and “anti-fascist,” according to the Seattle Times.

Van Spronsen was a violent member of Antifa that had attacked police at that facility previously. He was also a member of the Puget Sound chapter of the John Brown Gun Club, a militant communist organization promoted by CNN. The John Brown Gun Club was promoted by CNN as recently as April where a commentator claimed the organization was “white, liberal, progressive people, inclusive, friendly to the world.” A man appearing to be Van Spronsen can be seen four seconds into a promotional clip released by CNN for their segment.

On Twitter, Bexte wrote: “After repeatedly asking @Ilhan and @AOC if they would condemn the Antifa firebomber, and if they felt partly responsible, the two got into their SUV and Omar (likely thinking she was off camera) burst into ear to ear laughter.” He added, “Was there ever a doubt Omar hated America?” Nope, none at all.

Over the weekend, President Trump suggested Omar and her comrades should consider leaving the United States if they hate the country, and he was roundly accused of racism as a result. Omar, who previously referred to those who perpetrated the horrific terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, as “some people” who “did something,” has a long track record of appearing to loathe the United States.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) backed the president on Monday morning, calling the so-called Squad a “bunch of communists” who are “anti-Semitic” and hate the United States. Which is what Trump called them as well and it is exactly what they are. Trump doesn’t silently support violent revolutionaries and terrorists and he has the stones to come out and say what he means and then stand by it. Not blow people off and laugh over supporting terrorists.
