Another ego-stroking awards show is underway tonight, where celebrities gather to give and get more accolades and attention on themselves than they do already. None of these pompous events seem to take place anymore without a Trump-hating agenda and banter being center stage.
Regardless of the fallout for celebrities and failing awards show celebrations, the attacks still go on as if there’s no other material to make the presentation entertaining. This repeated again tonight at the Video Music Awards, when it took a turn into exceptionally foul territory. Now, it’s only a matter of time for those, who were warned by example of past fallout, to get what they deserve for deciding to me especially crass against our current president.
As the most reliable and balanced news aggregation service in the world, RWNOfficial offers the following information published by Fox News:
While presenting at the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards, Kevin Hart told the audience they were “allowed to kneel” seemingly referencing how NFL players have been kneeling out of protest during the national anthem.
“This game you’re allowed to kneel,” Hart said while presenting with fellow comedian Tiffany Haddish.
He continued: “You can do whatever you want there’s no old white men to stop you.”
Hart, 39, also said the award show was like “a typical day at the White House.”
“Beefs pop off, bad language, people run to the bathroom and send out crazy tweets,” Hart said. “It’s basically like a typical day at the White House. In your face Trump, suck it.”
Earlier this month, NFL players continued to protest during the national anthem on August 9 as the league began the first full week of its 2018 preseason.
Some players held their fists in the air, while others decided to kneel, despite the controversy surrounding the action.
Hart’s outburst was one of several political moments during the Monday night award show.
Rapper Logic donned a shirt that read “F— the wall” while singing his song “One Day” with Ryan Tedder.
The Hollywood Reporter has more details about this presidential dig:
The 2018 MTV Video Music Awards didn’t waste time getting political, with the VMAs’ first group of awards presenters — Kevin Hart and Tiffany Haddish — rattling off a series of edgy jokes before they presented the first trophy of the night.
With the 2018 VMAs without a host, Hart and Haddish, promoting their upcoming movie Night School, served as de facto emcees. Hart said he was treating the big, live event like it was “game day.”
“But at this game, you guys can kneel. You can do whatever the hell you want. There’s no old white man that can stop you,” Hart said, referencing the controversy over NFL players protesting during the National Anthem. President Trump has repeatedly criticized those who have demonstrated on the sidelines by taking a knee, and the NFL recently passed a rule that players would be fined if they were on the field and not standing during the National Anthem this season.
The audience cheered at Hart’s remarks.
Later Hart got in another shot at Trump, saying of the VMAs, “You never know what’s going to happen at the VMAs. I mean beefs pop off, bad language, people sending out crazy tweets. It’s basically like your typical day at the White House. In your face, Trump — suck it!”
Hart’s barb at the president is just the latest shot at the commander-in-chief on a major awards show. Two months ago, Robert De Niro famously took the stage at Radio City Music Hall, the site of this year’s VMAs, and shouted “Fuck Trump” at the Tony Awards.
Later Logic delivered a pro-immigration performance of “One Day,” wearing a t-shirt that read “F*ck the wall,” taking aim at Trump’s proposed barrier between the U.S. and Mexico. He was joined onstage by families wearing t-shirts bearing the phrase, “we are all human beings”
Hollywood is losing relevancy at a remarkable rate as they let they hate take over the talent of entertaining people. Their job isn’t supposed to be divisive, they could use their platform for good through the arts that could bring people together.

World War II Vet Dies On ‘Honor Flight,’ Returning From Memorial In D.C.
Frank Manchel, 95, got to leave this world on his own terms and on a high note. He passed away on the final leg of a trip sponsored by Honor Flight San Diego, a nonprofit that gives World War II veterans all-expense-paid visits to Washington, D.C. Surrounded by fellow patriots and accompanied by his son, Manchel was happy and laughing in the last moments of his life and he knew that many people honored him for his World War II service.
Two physicians aboard the chartered American Airlines flight tried to resuscitate him after he collapsed, but Manchel died before the plane landed at San Diego International Airport. “It was almost instantaneous,” said Dave Smith, founder of Honor Flight San Diego. “He was laughing, chatting, having a good time — and then he collapsed.”
“We extend our deepest sympathies to the Manchel family,” said Honor Flight San Diego Chairman Julie Brightwell in a statement released Monday. “It was our privilege to honor this true American hero during his final hours.”
Manchel came from Michigan and he was an Army technical sergeant during the war. Last Friday, he flew from San Diego with 82 other veterans and their “guardians,” family members and other volunteers who help the elderly soldiers, sailors, and fliers during their visit.
“Last weekend’s trip was Honor Flight San Diego’s 14th journey, and it followed the by-now standard schedule. On Saturday, the veterans visited the World War II Memorial, the Korean War Memorial, the Lincoln Memorial, the Air Force Memorial, the Navy Yard’s museum and other sites with historic significance.
“On Sunday, the group toured a military electronics museum before taking a bus back to the airport for the flight home.
“Although the days were packed, Manchel was able to enjoy a mini-family reunion. He was accompanied by his son, Dr. Bruce Manchel. Manchel’s 93-year-old brother, Jerome, came to D.C. from his home in Michigan with his son, David. Another of Frank Manchel’s son, Howard, came up from Atlanta.
“Shelley Zimmerman, the former San Diego police chief and the daughter of a World War II veteran, was on the trip as a “guardian,” a volunteer who helps smooth out any difficulties for the elderly visitors. Chatting with the Manchels on Saturday, she was struck by the senior veteran’s upbeat mood.
“He was 100 percent engaged, proud, humble — as these veterans are,” Zimmerman said. “You could just tell how proud they all were of him. It was just wonderful, a loving, loving family.”
“On the return flight, Manchel signed a World War II book for another guardian. About 1:30 p.m., an hour before the flight’s scheduled arrival in San Diego, Manchel stood up and then fell to the floor. His son and another doctor rushed to assist him.
“They tried to do CPR for over 12 minutes,” Smith said.
“Manchel, though, was unresponsive and never recovered. Chaplains prayed over the body, which was then draped in an American flag.
“As the plane began its descent into San Diego, Zimmerman turned to Dr. Manchel.
“If you are up to this,” she said, “to honor your father, let’s sing ‘God Bless America.'”
“The son agreed and soon the entire plane was filled with emotional, choked-up voices raised in patriotic song.
“As the other veterans filed out of the plane, each saluted while passing their fallen comrade. Zimmerman oversaw Manchel’s removal through the rear of the plane, following protocol for a dead police officer or member of the armed services. The body was carried through a cordon of medical personnel, firefighters and law enforcement officers, saluting as Manchel went by.
“My father’s passing was the ending to the most amazing weekend, surrounded by his newest best friends,” said Dr. Manchel in a statement released Monday. “We thank all of you — Honor Flight San Diego, American Airlines, San Diego International Airport, friends, and supporters for your concern and for allowing the weekend to be so special for all of us to share together.
“Frank passed quickly and peacefully, and the compassion and respect that that was shown to our family will always be treasured. May he rest in peace as he is now with his other beloved son Jimmy.”‘
Manchel was the first veteran to die while on an Honor Flight San Diego trip, but six other deaths have occurred during Honor Flights originating in other cities.
Manchel is owed one more, posthumous, flight. American Airlines has offered to convey the late veteran’s remains and any family members to Michigan, where the family plans services and burial at no cost. But his final flight in life will always stand out for those who accompanied, honored and loved him.

VIDEO: Alyssa Milano Defends Biden Touching, Smelling Women: It’s ‘Cultural Differences’
Actress and #MeToo activist Alyssa Milano went on MSNBC to air her defense of the handsy former vice president and declared Democrat presidential contender Joe Biden. He has been accused of sexual misconduct by numerous women. Uncle Joe has a thing for smelling hair, hugging, groping, and kissing females of all ages.
I’m not surprised that Milano is defending Biden here. She also defended Harvey Weinstein. She rationalized Biden’s bizarre behavior saying that Biden simply has “cultural differences.” Excuse me? He’s part of the American culture and there is no culture (except perhaps in certain Islamic ones) where behavior like this is acceptable. What a hypocrite Milano is.
This is the same kind of attitude you see on the left that defends Roman Polanski who raped a little girl and then fled the US. They still applaud the guy.
Milano says she spoke privately with Biden about his suspect behavior with women and noted that she was impressed by the Democrat candidate. Biden told her privately what she wishes “more men in positions of power would say out loud.” What? Your hair smells wonderful? Or, whispers of other things perhaps.
.@Alyssa_Milano defends Biden: "He was raised in a family that was super affectionate."
Adds she knows what it's like: "I walked onto set a few weeks ago and I kissed our prop guy on the arm. And I had this moment of, like, maybe that made him uncomfortable." pic.twitter.com/KRbWJiQExU

“He said to me, ‘I’m willing to learn, I’m willing to listen. I didn’t realize that I’m too affectionate,'” said Milano. And she bought that. She really does have a head full of cotton candy.
Milano says there is a spectrum when it comes to sexual misconduct. Which is something those on the right have been saying all along, but Milano only uses it for Democrats evidently. “And I think that this brings up a really important question that we really haven’t touched on in MeToo,” she said. “Often in these moments, where we’re hearing these stories, I think it’s important to emphasize the difference in these stories.” How convenient.
From The Daily Wire:
“Milano then directly addressed the accusations from former state Senator Lucy Flores (D-NV), who said Biden grabbed her shoulders, smelled her hair, and kissed the back of her head during a 2014 encounter.
“Apparently this interaction was nothing more than an expression of Biden’s “culture differences.”
“For me, the thing that set this story — the Ms. Flores story — apart from all the other stories: To Joe, this is a culture difference, because culturally he was raised in a family that was super affectionate,” Milano said.
“For him, this was a realization of, well, everyone sort of grows up in a different household, then maybe my actions make other people uncomfortable, and it was an acknowledgment,” the actress continued. “So I think it was important that it came out and I think that it is important to have men support women and say, ‘I hear you, and I wanna learn and make a change.’”
“For good measure, in defense of Biden’s actions, Milano offered an example of herself, a self-described “affectionate” person, crossing the line on set with the “prop guy.”
“I’m a very affectionate person, as well,” Milano explained. “I walked onto set a few weeks ago and I kissed my prop guy on the arm, and I had this moment of, like, maybe that made him uncomfortable.”
“That would have never crossed my mind before MeToo,” she added. “So I think we all have to look at our interactions and proceed cautiously.”
“Milano was leading the Hollywood charge against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh last year when he was non-credibly accused by Christine Blasey Ford of decades-old misconduct that lacked corroboration.
“Milano took Ford’s side without hesitation and appeared at the Senate Judiciary Committee hearings to “represent survivors of sexual assault.”
“It was a very hard day to be in that room, but I was proud to be a woman and I was proud to be a survivor, and I felt like I needed to be there for other survivors that couldn’t be there,” the actress told CNN at the time.”
This is exactly how Trump gets another four years.
Alyssa Milano talking about how Biden's the way to go: "this primary to me is not about policy. It's about beating Trump, period, that's it, end of story." pic.twitter.com/NXcyjFGnXN
— Ryan Masri (@ryanmasri_) April 29, 2019
Where was her sense of awareness when it came to Brett Kavanaugh? Non-existent because he’s not one of the anointed on the left. The same goes for President Trump and any other conservative male. Milano only defends those who think the way she does and that says a great deal about her. And she is joined by a whole list of big names in Hollywood like Rob Reiner.
