Feinstein Just Caught On Hot Mic Making Huge Admission About Rape Accuser – It’s OVER!

Published

on

It seems the Democrats’ last-ditch Hail Mary plot to delay the confirmation of Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Judge Brett Kavanaugh may be a complete bust. As the left continues to spew vile, if predictable, accusations, making every attempt to delay the nomination in the hopes that the 2018 midterm elections in November somehow, someway produce the results they desire, they keep fighting to regain Congressional control.

Now the angry left is demanding that a Monday hearing on the allegations against Kavanaugh be delayed until the FBI has a chance to investigate. Turncoat Republicans (on whom the Dems had been depending for votes) proceeded to withdraw their support and fell in line after Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley declared that he would not honor the Democrats’ request.

Grassley is refusing to delay Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing, currently scheduled for Thursday. This comes after lawyers for Palo Alto University professor Christine Blasey Ford, who claims Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her more than 35-years-ago back in high school, stated their client is not willing to testify or appear at Monday’s hearing.

Blasey Ford claims a hazy recollection of the incident.

She freely admits she does not specifically remember the year the supposed incident happened, where the incident occurred, whose house it was in, how she got there, and whether Kavanaugh and a witness – who denies Blasey Ford’s account in totality mind you – were already upstairs when she went up, or even how she got home on the night in question.

Sounds like a story with holes in it large enough to drive a truck through… yet Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) passed a letter bearing this vague and less-than-credible account of an alleged sexual assault some 36 years prior to the FBI demanding an investigation.

A letter that is believed to have been in Feinstein’s possession for more than six weeks in which she failed to turn it over for an immediate investigation, choosing instead to wait until the last minute of a highly contentious confirmation hearing.

Now Feinstein finds herself in a real conundrum when she was caught on a hot mic with some bombshell truths about Blasey Ford.

After a lone reporter accosted Feinstein coming out of her Senate office, the 85-year-old Senator stated late yesterday afternoon: “I have no say, I’m the lead Democrat. … I think it’s really too bad that no one called [Christine Ford], or called her lawyer,” Feinstein said.

Feinstein then slipped up big time, admitting: “This is a woman who has been profoundly impacted by this. Now, I can’t say everything’s truthful. I don’t know. But I do know that you’ve got to contact her lawyers.”

Did Feinstein have a senior moment? Or has she simply told so many lies that she has gotten confused with exactly what the truth is? She has no idea if this woman, Blasey Ford, is credible or even being truthful regarding her accusations of rape?

It seems the biggest lie of all is Democrats’ listing Blasey Ford as credible when in fact her accusations of rape have simply fallen apart. CNN and MSNBC are leading the charge as they rail at Feinstein in confusion and rage. They reported this as case closed and Kavanaugh is guilty until proven innocent, and even then? Maybe not.

Former Senator Barabra Boxer said on MSNBC, “This woman is to be believed. You can believe Dr. Ford. This was attempted rape. And this is a woman who exhibits, Dr. Ford, courage, but the classic signs of post-traumatic stress.”

Kavanaugh has denied Ford’s allegations and insisted he did not attend the party where the physical assault allegedly took place. Patrick Smyth, a fellow former Georgetown Prep student whom Ford alleges was also in attendance during the party issued a statement via his lawyer standing up for Kavanaugh.

In a separate letter to Grassley and Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein, not only does Smyth repudiate Ford’s allegations, but he adds that he does not remember this party ever even taking place.

The Washington Examiner reports:

“There are multiple parts of Ford’s story that needs to be heavily scrutinized — the fact that the only alleged witness to the event denies it, the lack of evidence except for a therapist’s note that doesn’t name Kavanaugh and isn’t evidence from the time of the alleged event. She doesn’t remember much of the day except for the attack — she can’t recall when it happened, but believes it was the summer of 1982, nor can she recall how she got to the party, how she got home, or whose house she was in. She also discredits part of the therapist’s note that says four boys were in the room during the attack and now claims it was only two, a key detail that she chalks up to an error on the part of the therapist. Her only other piece of evidence is lie detector test results, which is junk science and inadmissible in court.

“In the Washington Post, Ford claimed that too many years had passed and she couldn’t remember the details, which is somewhat understandable. Yet it does still cast some level of doubt on her accusation as does her affiliation with left-wing political organizations and a letter from the American Civil Liberties Union she signed opposing Trump’s immigration policy.

“The doubt in Ford’s story is especially strong given that it follows no pattern. Kavanaugh has never been accused of sexual misconduct in the past and has led an exemplary life both professionally and privately.

“Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., also should be scrutinized for holding on to the records for weeks before revealing them and handing them over to the FBI. According to a report by the New Yorker, Feinstein’s staff believed the incident was “too long ago to merit a public discussion,” but may have changed their mind at a more politically opportune time.”

House Dems: Trump’s ‘Go Back’ Comments ‘Politically Brilliant – He Won This One’ – CNN

You gotta love how the left and Never Trumpers focus on “Send her back!” chant..yet. you hear nothing about the terror attacks committed by Antifa. Nothing wrong with the chant. The American people are tired of the constant anti-American hatred spewed by the left on a daily basis.

Trump supporters have been insulted, beaten, spit on, kicked out of restaurants and harassed daily. Since Trump has been in office…conservatives have been called every name in the book. Nazis, fascists, racists, bigots. But the left and never Trumpers want to focus on a chant. It’s amazing how the left is given a free pass on everything they do.

If you severely hate this country..do us a favor…leave!

Via The Daily Wire:

According to CNN, multiple House Democrats “from across the political spectrum” are “extremely frustrated” by the heightened focus on the so-called “Squad” of far-left freshmen Democrats, a development forced by President Trump’s escalating rhetoric against them in a move one of the lawmakers described as “politically brilliant.”

In a report published Wednesday after the Trump rally in North Carolina — which included a headline-grabbing moment in which some in the crowd began to chant “Send her back!” in response to Trump’s criticism of Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) for her “vicious anti-Semitic screeds” — CNN’s Jake Tapper and Dana Bash reported on the growing frustration among some of the House Democrats over the increased prominence of the “Squad”: Reps. Omar, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), and Ayanna Pressley (D-MA).

The conversations with several Democrats, whom Tapper and Bash stress span the political spectrum, took place over the last few days — and before the North Carolina rally.

“The President won this one,” one House Democrat told CNN in reference to Trump’s focus on the Squad and the Democrats vote Tuesday to condemn his “go back” comments. “What the President has done is politically brilliant. Pelosi was trying to marginalize these folks, and the President has now identified the entire party with them.”

“The President’s words and actions speak for themselves,” said another. “We need to focus on the issues that got (Democrats) here: jobs, health care … instead of the issues the President brings up deliberately. Anything that takes away from bread-and-butter issues is playing into his hands.”

Another “frustrated” Democratic lawmaker made clear to CNN that many on the left side of the aisle are “angry and annoyed” by The Squad’s attacks on members of their own party. “I can’t tell you the number of members who are angry and annoyed about them criticizing us,” the congressional member said.

The sharp escalation of the battle between Trump and the Squad began last week when the president came to the defense of Pelosi after Ocasio-Cortez suggested that the speaker’s rebuke of the Squad for portraying fellow Democrats as pro-segregation might have a racial component. Continue Reading

Dem Congressman Wants To Ban The Phrase ‘Illegal Alien’ From Gov’t Code

Published

on

Texas Democratic Rep. Joaquin Castro, the twin to Julian Castro who is running on the Democratic ticket for president in 2020, is moving to strike the words “alien” and “illegal alien” from the government’s legal code, arguing that the terms are hurtful to the immigrant community. I think what ruffles him most is the word ‘illegal’ which they are.

“Words matter. It’s vital that we respect the dignity of immigrants fleeing violence and prosecution in our language. The words ‘alien’ and ‘illegal alien’ work to demonize and dehumanize the migrant community. They should have no place in our government’s description of human beings,” Castro stated. What part of ‘illegal’ doesn’t this guy get?

The Correcting Alienating Names in Government Act, otherwise known as the CHANGE Act (figures), seeks to strike those two words from the Immigration and Nationality Act and to replace them with the words “foreign national” and “undocumented foreign national.” The excuse du jour here is that it would make illegal immigrants safer and humanize them. What a load of horse manure. It’s evidently inhumane to accuse someone of breaking the law when that is exactly what they are doing.

“Immigrants come to our borders in good faith and work hard for the opportunity to achieve a better life for themselves and their family. Eliminating this language from government expression puts us one step closer to preserving their dignity and ensuring their safety,” Castro went on in a released statement.

From The Daily Caller:

“Castro is far from the only Democratic congressman to believe the words “illegal alien” are offensive.

“First, no one is illegal. That term is derogatory now because it dehumanizes people. You can say any other forms of maybe ‘coming in without any regulations’ or so forth, but the use of ‘illegal’ is disrespectful and I ask my colleagues to try in so many ways to not dehumanize our immigrant neighbors who are trying to come in for safe haven,” Democratic Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib said during a House committee hearing on July 12.

“No one is an ‘alien.’ This is family separation on a massive scale,” Democratic Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar tweeted in June. “Dehumanizing immigrants and tearing apart families will not make us any stronger. It will only destroy lives, traumatize children, and make our country less safe.”

“Omar said President Donald Trump uses the words “illegal” and “alien” to “justify horrific human rights abuses against migrants.”

“Despite criticism from Democratic politicians, most Americans are still very comfortable with the word. Only 26% of respondents to a June Rasmussen poll answered “yes” when asked, “Is it offensive to refer to someone who has entered this country illegally as ‘an illegal immigrant’?” including only 30% of Democrats.”

I think the labels ‘illegal alien’ and ‘illegal immigrant’ are very accurate. Most Americans agree with me.

It’s no surprise that Joaquin’s twin brother agrees with this move. Marxists of a feather and all that. But Americans, in general, won’t go for it and it will never get through Congress.

The Associated Press stylebook removed usage of the term “illegal immigrant” in 2013, saying that “illegal” should “describe only an action, such as living in or immigrating to a country illegally.” The AP also rejected the usage of “illegal alien” as well as “undocumented,” which it said was not an accurate term. And this is one of the main reasons that Americans no longer trust the mainstream media – they don’t like being manipulated like this.

Townhall says that PJ Media’s Tyler O’Neil accurately describes the bill as if it is something right out of 1984. And he is right.

“Democrats have launched an assault on basic language when it comes to immigration issues. They have demonized the Trump administration, blaming it for putting “kids in cages” — something that only happened on Obama’s watch — and for enforcing immigration law.

“Democrats have insisted that “no one is illegal,” even if they break U.S. law to enter the country. This involves an Orwellian redefinition of immigration — claiming immigrants cannot be “illegal” because to be illegal is supposedly less than human.”

Remember, the left did the same thing in regards to radical Islamism – when Obama was in charge, the DoD and other agencies scrubbed terminology that the left claimed was offensive to Muslims. Terms that actually were used to describe terrorists. This is yet another instance of word-burning… censorship to fit a political narrative. 1984 indeed.
