Farmer Stops Immediately And He Looks Across The Field, Puts NFL Kneelers To Shame In HUGE Way

Published

on

Growing up, I was taught to revere the National Anthem and the Pledge of Allegiance. I was schooled in how to love my country, honor our heroes and to respect our leaders. My, how times have changed.

Those days don’t come back evidently and the America that I have cherished and loved my entire life is almost unrecognizable these days. Except for pockets of middle America. They still love the flag, the National Anthem, their country, our heroes and apple pie in places where a day’s hard work is a badge of honor. Not something to be ashamed of.

The National Anthem has become a controversial topic these days with football players kneeling and raising revolutionary fists to fight a non-existent (in my opinion) oppression. And what is even worse, a great deal of America seems to not see anything wrong with it and many people even agree with the sentiment that embodies hatred of America, police, veterans and our flag. SMH.

Of course, President Trump and conservatives are outraged by this but that doesn’t seem to give the movement much pause. You can’t just hold your hand over your heart and profess your love of country anymore… no, you have to take a political stand. It makes me want to cry. And if that pierces my soul imagine how it rips the heart out of those who fought and bled for America.

One of the reasons I have always loved Idaho is that they know what is real… what is worth fighting and dying for. They aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty from work and they love what America is with all their heart and soul. One farmer just proved that by stopping, looking across a field and putting his hand over his heart. He’s someone the leftist elitists would look down on and dismiss. He is the epitome of the forgotten man.

When the Farmer stops farming to stand for the national anthem at our soccer game ??? Vallivue vs Middleton on…

Posted by VHS Girls Soccer on Tuesday, September 11, 2018

A photo was snapped on the 17th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks and it is going viral. The pic reminds people of a simpler time in America. A throwback to Reagan and before… when we weren’t all plugged in and outraged over every perceived injustice.

From the Conservative Tribune:

“Before a girls’ soccer game in Caldwell, Idaho, the crowd faced a half-mast flag during the anthem … and in a field adjacent to the sports arena, a simply-dressed farmer stopped his work and parked his tractor to respectfully stand in unison.

“When the farmer stops farming to stand for the National Anthem at our soccer game,” posted a fan page of the Vallivue High School soccer team.

“The simple post had over 28,000 shares on Facebook at the time of this article’s publication.

“Caldwell is a town of about 46,000 people in Canyon County, Idaho. The city has a rich agricultural history that goes back to the late 1800’s.

“At this time, not much is known about the farmer who decided to pause his work to respect the National Anthem at the nearby school. He appears to be a young man, and his clean-cut appearance and bearing prompted several online commenters to wonder if he had served in the military.

“It was a simple gesture, but one that stands in stark contrast against the self-absorbed preening of professional athletes today. While protesters in the NFL seem to seek attention from cameras, the farmer in the viral photo most likely had no idea that he was captured in the shot by a long-range lens.

“In a lot of ways, he perfectly represents the heartland America that so many of us know: hardworking, honest, patriotic.

“That heartland is the backbone of our country, yet is seen as “flyover country” by far too many elitists. While politicians and busy-bodies are trying to tell the rest of the country what to do, they could learn a few things by getting their hands dirty in places like Idaho.”

Caldwell, Idaho is a wonderful and patriotic community. The farmer is probably pretty much cut from the same cloth as painters, construction workers, police officers, veterans, first responders and all others in the community. If they were near the National Anthem playing, you would most likely see them pause their work and put their hand over their heart while standing to honor the National Anthem and America.

Instead of obsessing over Nikes, perhaps America should pay more attention to the mud-caked boots of those who have made this the greatest nation on earth. Just a thought.

A thousand of these overpaid athletes, who show their disdain for the National Anthem, simply aren’t worth even one of these farmers. Frankly, I’d rather watch the fields be tilled any day of the week than watch football players who embrace hate and bigotry. That farmer just put those kneeling NFL players to shame big time.

Go watch a kid’s soccer game or a local football game. Most likely, they won’t kneel and you will feel good about things once more. What you see in the NFL is not who America is. It never will be.

9/11 was a day of remembrance. For many, there is still grief that fills Americans’ hearts over the loss of loved ones and friends on that fateful Tuesday morning seventeen years ago. It’s worth remembering all our heroes who truly make this country great. These are people in jeans and T-shirts… who aren’t perfect by any means and most aren’t wealthy. But they are true Americans and they are true slices of Americana.

LGBTQ Activists LIVID That Trump Served Chick-Fil-A To College Football Champs

Published

on

There’s nothing that ticks off the left like Chick-fil-A. And President Trump is a master troller who used that to full advantage this last week. Universities may be fine with banning Chick-fil-A but at the White House, they are at the top of the menu. And that is triggering some LGBTQ activists.

Trump served another feast of fast food to college football champions last week. This time it wasn’t McDonald’s and Wendy’s… it was the feared Chick-fil-A that sparked outrage and anger.

“For the second time this year, Donald Trump has invited an athletic team to the White House and boasted about serving them fast food,” wrote Tracy Gilchrist at The Advocate. “But this time, chicken sandwiches from the virulently anti-LGBTQ company Chick-fil-A were arranged on silver platters for champions on the North Dakota State Bison football team Monday.”

The horror of it all! The sky is falling!!

President Trump said the athletes requested Chick-fil-A so that is what they got. “We could’ve had chefs, we could have, but we had fast food — because I know you people,” Trump told the athletes. “Chick-fil-A, they say? Chick-fil-A.”

From The Daily Wire:

“Bill Browning of LGBTQ Nation denounced Chick-fil-A’s presence at the White House with the same fervor as Gilchrist.

“For the second time in his presidency, Donald Trump has served fast food to an athletic team to ‘celebrate’ their victory,” wrote Browning. “This time, the President who has attacked the LGBTQ community the most served up Chick-fil-A, a company known for opposing LGBTQ rights.”

“The left-wing hatred for Chick-fil-A began in 2012 when company president and COO Dan Cathy expressed support for traditional marriage, prompting boycotts across the country from LGBTQ activists.

“I think we are inviting God’s judgment on our nation when we shake our fist at Him and say, ‘We know better than you as to what constitutes a marriage,'” Cathy said at the time. “I pray God’s mercy on our generation that has such a prideful, arrogant attitude to think that we have the audacity to define what marriage is about.”

“We are very much supportive of the family — the biblical definition of the family unit,” he said on the Biblical Recorder. “We are a family-owned business, a family-led business, and we are married to our first wives. We give God thanks for that. … We want to do anything we possibly can to strengthen families. We are very much committed to that. We intend to stay the course,” he said. “We know that it might not be popular with everyone, but thank the Lord, we live in a country where we can share our values and operate on biblical principles.”

“Just last year, two major publications wrote scathing articles begging people to boycott the business: The New Yorker and Huffington Post. “If You Really Love LGBTQ People, You Just Can’t Keep Eating Chick-fil-A,” wrote Noah Michelson of HuffPo. When Chick-fil-A wanted to set up shop in New York City, Dan Piepenring of The New Yorker called it a “creepy infiltration” of the city.

“Later in 2018, the Pittsburgh city council signed a letter asking Dick’s Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon to drop the Chick-fil-A Pittsburgh Kids Marathon one-mile run for children and their families at the Pittsburgh Marathon. Fortunately, the organizers did not cave.

“We have and will continue to be accepting of any individual or family who wants to participate in our events,” the organizers said in a statement. “This partnership with Chick-fil-A will help us ensure even more children in southwestern Pennsylvania can learn and share in our love of running.”

“Most recently, a Dean at Rider University resigned from his post when the school banned the chicken restaurant on campus.”

This is beyond dumb. Because Christians own a chicken restaurant the left just can’t take it. But they embrace those of the Muslim faith. Memo to the left… they stone gays to death or worse. The owner’s religion should make no difference when you decide to eat somewhere and if it does… that’s your thing, not mine.

Darn it… now I’ve got to go eat me some yummy Chick-fil-A. I guess I’ll just suffer through it and make mine a double.

British Olympian Says Transgenders Should Be Barred From Competing Against Biological Women

Published

on

Sharron Davies, 56, is a British Olympian. She has said that transgenders should be barred from competing against biological women and for that, accusations of hate have been thrown at her. This woman won a silver medal in swimming at the 1980 Olympics in Moscow. She’s also a two-time Commonwealth Games gold medallist. But that doesn’t matter… now she’s being labeled as ‘transphobic’.

Davies isn’t shying away from the controversy. She took to Twitter to tell people how she really feels about all this and how transgender athletes make sports unfair for women. I could not agree more. It makes it pointless to compete as a woman when men who are transgendering are in the mix. They still have superior biology that gives them an unfair advantage against women.

“I have nothing against anyone who wishes 2be transgender,” Davies wrote on March 1st. “However, I believe there is a fundamental difference between the binary sex u r born with & the gender u may identify as. To protect women’s sport those with a male sex advantage should not be able 2compete in women’s sport.”

After the massive blowback Davies received, she defended her stance by stating that she is not the only natural-born female athlete who feels that transgenders are essentially cheating natural women out of titles.

“It is not a transphobic thing – I really want to say we have no issue with people who are transgender,” Davies told the BBC on Saturday.

”Every single woman athlete I’ve spoken to, and I have spoken to many, all of my friends in international sports, understand and feels the same way as me,” Davies elaborated. “Unfortunately, a lot of people who are in the races [now] are in a very difficult predicament when they can’t speak out.”

Davies also pointed out that it is incumbent upon athletes past and present to speak up for women’s rights. ”

“It maybe falls to the people who were competing [in the past] who would understand the predicament that is being faced at the moment to try to create a debate, and try to explain how we feel there needs to be a fair and level playing field.”

Martina Navratilova is a legend in tennis. She’s also gay and a big defender of LGBTQ rights. She was attacked by transgender activists for her stance that transgender athletes were “cheating” by competing against natural-born women. Which they are.

“You can’t just proclaim yourself a female and be able to compete against women,” Navratilova said last December. “There must be some standards and having a penis and competing as a woman would not fit that standard.”

18-time tennis Grand Slam tennis singles champion Navratilova also called transgender athletes competing against women “insane.” It’s hard to argue with her opinion on this. The whole subject is insane. Unfortunately, she felt it necessary to apologize for what she truly thinks here.

From The Daily Mail:

“She was called out by Canadian academic and cycling champion Dr Rachel McKinnon, who is the first transgender woman to win a female world cycling title.

“McKinnon, 35, still has her male anatomy, but has lived as a woman since she was 29.

“She accused Navratilova of transphobia and demanded an apology.

“Following an article on the subject that Navratilova wrote for The Times Athlete Ally, an LGBTQ athlete advocacy group, removed her from their advisory board, stating her comments ‘are transphobic [and] based on a false understanding of science and data.’

“Writing on her website, the 62-year-old admitted she ‘stumbled into a hornet’s nest’ when giving her opinion on the issue.

“‘I know that my use of the word ‘cheat’ caused particular offence among the transgender community. I’m sorry for that because I certainly was not suggesting that transgender athletes in general are cheats,’ she wrote.

“She said her comments related ‘to a notional case in which someone cynically changes gender’ to gain an advantage.

“The Czech-born former star said there is no ‘blanket rule’ that will appeal to everyone, adding: ‘After all, if everyone were included, women’s sports as we know them would cease to exist.'”

Which is exactly the point I have been making.

“The communists tried to shut me up 45 years ago and look how that worked out…” Navratilova wrote towards the end of her blog post. It was a possible reference to the fact that she was stripped of her Czechoslovakian citizenship in 1975 after defecting to the U.S. It’s the same ideology here except the communists are transgender. Navratilova didn’t back down then, she should not back down now and neither should Davies.
