Dog the Bounty Hunter Just released a statement that he plans on pressing charges against two men, father and son who aggressively hounded him and his wife Beth, who is very ill with Cancer, while they were at Denver International Airport. However, there are allegations that the star assaulted the 17-year old son.
Newly released video shows Dog with his wheelchair bound wife going into an elevator, with an airport handler as two men begin hurling abusive slurs at the couple.
The older man shouted ‘You put your hands on my son,’ and threatened the Chapmans, ‘He’s going to beat your ass.’
He continued on, ‘Dog the Bounty Hunter putting his hands on a f**king juvenile,’
The aggressor’s teenage son chimed in yelling over his father’s shoulder, telling Dog and Beth to ‘S*ck my d*ck.’
Sources told The Blast, who first obtained the footage of the incident, that Dog was concerned about his sick wife Beth and did not want to respond.
The Blast first obtained the footage of the incident, and stated that Dog was very concerned about his sick wife Beth and didn’t want to respond to the abusive duo. However, after being attacked continuously Dog yelled ‘Follow me outside, brah,’. However, it was not clear if he was talking to the attackers or security.
Dog – real name Duane Chapman – denied laying a finger on the teen and sources say that investigators have already pulled surveillance footage from the airport, which appears to back up Dog’s story.
Dog absolutely denied laying a finger on the teen, and local authorities have already pulled security cam footage from the airport to get the facts, and it appears the footage corroborates Dogs story which is why he’s the one filing charges against the two men for harassment.
Dog’s team, explained to TMZ that the teen walked up to Dog and told him: ‘I have a bounty on my head. What are you gonna do about it motherf*****?’
When Dog yelled at the teen to step back, he then allegedly replied: ‘Tell that fat b**** to get out of her chair. I’ll cut her in half,’ referencing Dog’s wheelchair-bound wife.
The reality star couple flew home to Denver against doctor’s advice because Beth wanted to be surrounded by her family and feel comfortable heading into Christmas time.
His attorney, Andrew B. Brettler, told People that his client hadn’t assaulted anyone and was simply trying to fly back home to Colorado, with his wife on Friday.
‘There was no assault. A young man approached Dog at the Denver Airport in a very hostile and aggressive manner, clearly looking to start trouble. He insulted Dog and Beth, hurled racial slurs at Dog, and threatened to ‘cut’ Beth if she could ‘get out of her wheelchair.’ The Chapmans attempted to distance themselves from this individual, but he followed them to the elevator where he continued to shout profanities at them,’ said Brettler.
‘The Chapmans called for airport security. Eventually they were able to get in their vehicle without further incident. According to the Denver P.D., airport surveillance footage show this individual was the aggressor and that Dog did not assault him, as alleged,’ Brettler continued. ‘The Chapmans intend to press charges against this individual and his father for harassment and for disturbing the peace.’
The chapmans have flown back and forth to Denver after Beth had to undergo emergency surgery to remove a major blockage in her throat, tests revealed that her cancer has once again returned devastating the family. And then having to return to Colorado to face a bunch of punks didn’t make the matters better.
