Democrats Just Blindsided In Senate Race By Red Tsunami Wave Boost From Kavanaugh

Published

on

With the allegations against Judge Kavanaugh, there were rumors that the Supreme Court Justice nomination process would cause the mid-term elections to flip either way. If Judge Kavanaugh was confirmed, it would help Republicans and if he wasn’t confirmed it would help Democrats.

The results certainly speak for itself. Democrats are now getting blindsided by the numbers. Republicans have come swinging back and better than ever.

Breitbart reported,

“Republican Josh Hawley leads incumbent Democrat Sen. Claire McCaskill by eight points in a new poll released Thursday by pro-Hawley SuperPAC Missouri Rising Action. This is a ten point jump for Hawley from the PAC’s June poll.

Hawley pulled 52 percent support to McCaskill’s 44 percent in the new poll of 600 voters, conducted by Jim McLaughlin of McLaughlin & Associates from September 29-October 2. The result demonstrates a ten point jump for Hawley since Missouri Rising Action’s previous poll of the race in June. The previous poll had McCaskill up over Hawley 46-42.

McCaskill ranked with just 42 percent favorability to 51 percent unfavorability in the new poll. Hawley was ranked 41 percent favorable to just 33 percent unfavorable. Independents surveyed supported Hawley 51 to 39. This is up from the previous poll, which showed independents supporting Hawley by a much more narrow 39 to 38 percent.

A Missouri Rising Action release of the poll identified respondents as 36 percent Republican, 34 percent Democrat, and 30 percent Independent or other. The PAC’s Executive Director Brian Rogers said of the poll:

These fresh numbers indicate that Josh Hawley is gaining momentum at exactly the right time as Missouri voters tune into this important race. The Democrats’ hysterical attacks on Judge Kavanaugh have hurt Democrats like Claire McCaskill whose states voted decisively for President Trump in 2016. This will be a tight race, but Missourians are now more ready than ever to replace Claire McCaskill with a senator who will represent their values and interests in Washington – Josh Hawley.

The PAC paired the release of the new poll with an announcement that it is launching a one million dollar “grassroots” get-out-the-vote initiative in cooperation with partner data analytics firm WPAi next week in support of Hawley. The group will focus on turning out key voter segments. The campaign will target voters identified by WPAi with customized messages communicated through “digital advertising, direct mail, and turnout texting, and phone calls.”

Missouri Rising Action reported,

“Today, Missouri Rising Action released the results of a new poll conducted by Jim McLaughlin of McLaughlin & Associates, showing Josh Hawley now leading Claire McCaskill by a margin of 52% to 44%.This new data represents a significant shift from Missouri Rising Action’s last poll in June, which showed McCaskill leading Hawley 46%-42%.

Missouri Rising Action’s new poll, conducted from September 29th to October 2nd, shows McCaskill’s favorability upside-down – 42% favorable to 51% unfavorable, while Hawley is right-side-up – 41% to 33%.

Republicans have rallied around Hawley, supporting the Attorney General 95% to 3% (was 84% to 8% in previous poll), while Democrats back McCaskill 89% to 8% (down from June when it was 94% to 3%). A key difference is among Independents, among whom Hawley is leading 51% to 39%. In June, Hawley was winning Independents by a narrow margin, 39% to 38%. Republicans now lead on the generic ballot by a 52% to 41% margin.

“These fresh numbers indicate that Josh Hawley is gaining momentum at exactly the right time as Missouri voters tune into this important race,” said Brian Rogers, Executive Director of Missouri Rising Action. “The Democrats’ hysterical attacks on Judge Kavanaugh have hurt Democrats like Claire McCaskill whose states voted decisively for President Trump in 2016.

This will be a tight race, but Missourians are now more ready than ever to replace Claire McCaskill with a senator who will represent their values and interests in Washington – Josh Hawley.”

Missouri Rising Action also today announces a new $1 million grassroots initiative is focused on turning out voters to help Josh Hawley beat Claire McCaskill this November. The initiative will launch next week, and run through the final hours of voting on November 6th.

Missouri Rising Action has partnered with leading data analytics firm WPAi to model the Missouri electorate and focus this seven-figure campaign on turning key voter segments on Election Day. This will be a close race, and WPAi has identified the exact voters that Missouri Rising Action needs to contact and persuade to help finally retire McCaskill.

Based on WPAi’s data, Missouri Rising Action will be using customized messages to target these specific voters through digital advertising, direct mail, and turnout texting and phone calls to ensure they come out on Election Day.

Poll information:

– Conducted by McLaughlin & Associates September 29 to October 2
– 600 sample +/- 4.0% margin of error
– 59% landline/41% mobile phone interviews
– Party affiliation 36% GOP, 34% Dem & 30% Independent/Other”

Senator McCaskill is a politician who serves the state of Missouri. She was first elected in 2006 and was the second female Senator from Missouri to serve. However, she was the first Senator to be elected in her own right.

In her previous career, she was the 34th State Auditor of Missouri between the years of 1999 to 2007. Additionally, she served as Jackson County Prosecutor between 1993 and 1998. She also worked in the Missouri House of Representatives between 1983 and 1989. Her elections in the past have been very close and in some cases swing.

McCaskill has had a lot of controversy in her career. In the past, she was found to have used taxpayer dollars to use her and her husband’s private airplanes. The Missouri Republican Party filed an ethics complaint with the state as a result.

She indicated in the past she had never had contact with Russian ambassadors, but previous tweets on social media indicated otherwise. She tried backtracking on the nature of the meeting, but regardless she met with them when she said otherwise.

Trump Not Backing Down: ‘If You’re Not Happy Here, Then You Can Leave’

Don’t you find it amazing the people that spew Anti-American hatred..yet..they still live here? It’s time that every American hating leftist finds a new place to call home.

Finally, America has a REAL leader that speaks the truth and isn’t afraid to tell it.

Via Breitbart:

President Donald Trump is not backing down from calling on progressive Congresswomen critical of the U.S. to move out of the country, saying Monday, “If you’re not happy here, then you can leave.”

“If you’re not happy here, then you can leave,” President Trump said, prompting cheers from the audience at a planned “Made in America” event at the White House. “As far as I’m concerned, if you hate our country, if you’re not happy here, you can leave.”

“But if you’re happy in the U.S., if you’re complaining all the time, very simply you can leave, you can leave right now. Come back if you want, don’t come back, that’s okay too. But if you’re not happy, you can leave,” he added.

The president appears to have been once again referenced Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), who in a series of Sunday tweets, seemingly told to “go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came.”

President Trump responded to questions from reporters, this time dishing out more specific criticism directed at Omar and Ocasio-Cortez.

“Somebody that comes from Somalia, which is a failed government, a failed state, who left Somalia and ultimately came here and now is a congresswoman, is never happy,” said the president. “[She] says horrible things about Israel, hates Israel, hates Jews, hates Jews, it’s very simple.”

The president also seemingly referenced how Omar once joked about how one of her professors would say “Al-Qaeda” in a serious tone. He also recounted how the Minnesota Democrat downplayed the September 11th, 2001, terror attacks during a speech before CAIR earlier this year.

President Trump then turned his attention to Ocasio-Cortez’s fierce opposition to recent plans by Amazon to build an expansive corporate campus in New York City. Continue Reading

Ocasio Attempts To Grill Former ICE Director – He Destroys Her

If you enter illegally, and you have children with you, you will be separated from them just like any US citizen breaking the law would be. This isn’t rocket science.

No other country in the world would allow anyone to come in illegally and get away with.

How is this bartender in office? Truly embarrassing.

Via The Daily Wire:

Former ICE Director Thomas Homan rendered socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez utterly speechless on Friday during a congressional hearing after the 29-year-old former bartender tried to grill him about immigration-related policies.

“It says the official recommendation, there were three different options presented, the third included the option for family separation,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “This initiative would pursue prosecution of all amenable adults including those presenting with a family unit.

“Mr. Homan, your name is on this, is this correct?” Ocasio-Cortez asked.

“Yes, I signed that memo,” Homan replied.

“So, you are the author of the family separation policy?” Ocasio-Cortez asked.

“I’m not the author of this memo,” Homan replied.

“You’re not the author, but you signed the memo?” Ocasio-Cortez pressed.

“Yes, a zero tolerance memo,” Homan responded.

“So, you provided the official recommendation to Secretary Neilson on families for the United States to pursue family separation?” Ocasio-Cortez asked.

“I gave Secretary Nielson numerous recommendations on how to secure the border and save lives,” Homan responded.

“But it says here that you, you gave her numerous options but the recommendation was option three, family separation,” Ocasio-Cortez said.

“What I’m saying this is not the only paper where we had given the secretary numerous options to secure the border and save lives,” Homan responded.

“And so the recommendation of the many that you recommended, you recommended family separations?” Ocasio-Cortez continued to press as she seemed unable to understand Homan’s previous responses.

“I recommended zero tolerance,” Homan responded.

“Which includes family separation,” Ocasio-Cortez pressed.

“The same as is whatever U.S. citizen parent gets arrested when they’re with a child,” Homan said.

“Zero tolerance was interpreted as the policy that separated children from their parents,” Ocasio-Cortez continued, again not seeming to understand Homan.

“If I get arrested for DUI and I have a young child in the car, I’m gonna be separated,” Homan responded. “When I was a police officer in New York and I arrested a father for domestic violence, I separated that father from their family.”

“Mr. Homan, with all due respect, legal asylees are not charged with any crime,” Ocasio-Cortez said, refusing to acknowledge the majority of people entering the U.S. at the southern border are not legitimate asylum seekers.

“When you’re in the country illegally, it’s a violation 8 United States Code 13:25,” Homan responded.

“Seeking asylum is legal,” Ocasio-Cortez responded.

“If you want to seek asylum you go through the port of entry, you do it the legal way,” Homan fired back. “The Attorney General of the United States has made that clear.”

Ocasio-Cortez had no response for Homan and immediately moved on to question other people.
