‘Enough!’ – DACA Recipient Agrees With Trump On Wall, Tells Pelosi: Be American!

Published

on

Even DACA recipients are siding with President Trump over the wall. Hilario Yanez said he agrees with President Trump about the need for a border wall and supports the White House’s immigration agenda. To me, that is just common sense and if you care about the safety of Americans there is no other choice.

Yanez came here when he was just a year-old and is a DACA recipient. I’m not sure why he hasn’t become an American yet… he sure acts and sounds like one. It’s a lengthy process. It took us seven years to legalize my son-in-law from Denmark but it is very doable.

He is very blunt about his support for Trump and the wall:

“I came here when I was a year old. And my mom brought me here through no fault of my own. I couldn’t make my own decision. I grew up undocumented. I grew up homeless,” he said on “Fox & Friends” Tuesday. “It was my conservative values that made me who I am today, and as a result, I’m a first generation college graduate and I have an incredible job as well.”

“Look, I agree with the president and I talk to hundreds and thousands of dreamers,” he continued. “I think we’re all in agreement that safety is, should be our number one priority. I think the president has every right to do that. I think when he became president, his first mission and priority was to protect the American people and you know, the dreamer community, you know, many of them hundreds and thousands that I speak to, you know agree that the president is doing the right thing. But at the same time, we need to make a deal happen with Congress.”

There are approximately 700,000 Dreamers now living in the U.S. The Democrats have prevented DACA from going through and those such as Yanez may soon find themselves on the wrong side of the law because of it. As most Americans know, Trump supports DACA. But that aside, Yanez also supports Trump’s wall to stop crime and provide for national security.

Yanez was hoping for a deal where the wall would be funded in return for a DACA concession. Unfortunately, the barrier to this move is once again the leftists. Compromise is something the Democrats refuse to engage in with President Trump.

Yanez has two business degrees, loves America and is a hard worker. Through no fault of his own, he was brought here. Although I don’t support the Dreamer movement, those such as Yanez should be given a chance to right a wrong and gain citizenship if they earn it. He works at a Fortune 500 company and is working through the process to become a citizen. He’s working on his MBA. This is the kind of immigrant we should welcome with open arms here in the U.S.

Yanez was also interviewed on Fox last year & he had the same message. Fox’s Steve Doocy asked him in an interview what he would say to Democratic Speaker of The House Nancy Pelosi if he had the chance for a one-on-one sit down and Yanez said he’d tell her “enough is enough.”

“Well, what I would say is that you know, enough is enough. I think it’s time for us to not come together as Democrats or Republicans, but as Americans,” he replied. “We need to put the American people first and we also need to put [some] certainty for the dreamers once and for all.”

He’s making far more sense than the left is on this. Yanez also said any politician who is against an immigration compromise doesn’t want to see the president or the country succeed. I’m not sure I agree with that statement but I can see how he gets there.

“I think if anyone is against a compromise or against a deal, then they don’t want to see the president succeed or America succeed. And then, also, they don’t want to bring certainty for the dreamers as well,” Yanez said.

What this does show is that Democrats don’t seem to care about DACA recipients as they claim to. What they care about is power and preventing Trump from making a workable deal here. America is the only country Yanez knows and loves. I support his effort to become a citizen… so where are the Democrats? Playing obstructionism once again, that’s where.

VIDEO: Rashida Tlaib: Dems Discussing Arresting Trump Officials

It’s crystal clear..that the left should never ever be allowed into our government. These are dangerous folks.

Maybe Rashida should be arrested for her connections to Islamic terrorists. The fact that this woman is in our government…is despicable!

Via The Daily Wire:

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) stated on Tuesday that House Democrats were discussing behind closed doors how to arrest the members of President Donald Trump’s administration who did not comply with congressional subpoenas.

“Let me tell you, this is pretty — and this is the last caucus conversation we had. Do you know this is really unprecedented? This is the worst time we’ve ever had a situation like this,” Tlaib said during a town hall meeting. “So they’re trying to figure out — no joke — they’re trying to figure out, ‘Well, is it the D.C. police that goes and gets them?’ No, no.”

“What are we hoping? I mean, I’m not in those kinds of conversations, but I’m asking, like, you know, what happens? And they’re like, ‘Well, Rashida, we’re trying to figure it out ourselves because this is uncharted territory,’” she continued. “No, I’m telling you that they’re trying to be like, ‘Well, where are we going to put them? Where are we going to hold them?’ No, I mean those are the kinds of things they’re trying to tread carefully.”

Accordingly, in an escalating effort to force White House officials comply with congressional subpoenas, House Democrats have reportedly been reexamining holding those members of the administration in inherent contempt — a power that the legislature has not used since 1935.

The Conservative Partnership Institute (CPI) explains that inherent contempt is the oldest of three strategies that Congress can use to enforce subpoenas. According to the Washington, D.C.-based think tank:

“Since 1935, Congress has relied on the executive and judicial branches when people refuse to comply with congressional subpoenas. This practice makes sense: if Congress cannot get the information it needs on its own authority, then it can rely on the authority of the other branches of government. However, there is another option. Instead of turning to another branch, Congress can legally imprison or fine individuals who refuse to comply.”

Tlaib incorrectly suggested that the process could be enforced by the Washington, D.C. Police Department — the procedure actually only involves the chamber that is concerned. Following a contempt citation, the individual is arrested by the chamber’s sergeant-at-arms, and subsequently brought to the floor for punishment, which may include imprisonment.
