Criminal Illegal Accused Of Killing Father Of Five In Colorado

Published

on

When someone dies senselessly, it upends the lives of all those involved and rips their world apart. That is the case with a convicted criminal illegal alien who has been in the United States for at least eight years and is accused of killing a Colorado father of five children in a deadly crash on August 2nd, according to law enforcement officials.

Sean Buchanan was by all accounts a wonderful man. His wife Kathy and their five children adored him. A 40-year-old illegal alien named Miguel Ramirez Valiente from El Salvador who was facing deportation took that all away from them in a motorcycle crash. Valiente over-corrected after swerving into Buchanan’s lane, hitting and killing him. He was driving without a license and has a rap sheet.

Despite all of this, Valiente was not arrested at the scene of the crime and the locals fear he could flee the country before charges are brought against him. Why in the heck would they let this guy go? Sounds like Colorado has gone the way of California. That’s just insane and utterly devoid of justice.

“He was amazing. It’s trying to figure out what the new normal looks like when the old normal was so good,” Kathy Buchanan, Sean’s wife, told Denver ABC 7. I can’t imagine what she is going through or the anger and loss she must feel over this.

From Breitbart:

“In 2013, the state of Colorado passed a law that allows eligible illegal aliens to obtain state driver’s licenses.

“Valiente’s criminal record dates back to 2011 when he was charged with reckless endangerment in Douglas County, Colorado. Then, in 2016 Valiente was charged with domestic violence in El Paso County, Colorado. In both of these cases, Denver ABC 7 reports, the charges were dropped against Valiente.

“Last year, the illegal alien pleaded guilty to drunk driving charges from 2017. A day before the fatal accident, Valiente has his probation extended for failing to comply with alcohol therapy and community service requirements.

“Denver ABC 7 interviewed a woman, who kept her identity anonymous, that knew Valiente says he should have never been free in the first place.

“He should have been arrested after the crash,” the woman said. “He just had a DUI, and he’s driving with no license, and he killed somebody like you shouldn’t walk away from that.”

“My personal opinion is that we don’t do enough to stop this kind of thing because it could have been stopped,” the woman continued. “You’re here and you’re a hard worker and you’re not causing trouble and doing bad things that’s fine, but he had already been in trouble, several times and now we have a death because of it.”

“A friend of the Buchanan family has created a GoFundMe page for Kathy and their five children.

“Sean leaves behind his wife, Kathy, his daughters 15-year-old Jasyln, 12-year-old Maleah, 10-year-old Bella, and his two adopted sons, eight-year-old Michal, and six-year-old Divin.

“Last month, the Cottrell family in Bloomington, Illinois suffered the loss of their loved one, Corey, a father to two young daughters, after he was hit and killed on his motorcycle by an illegal alien from Honduras.”

Unfortunately, there’s more:

“An illegal alien with a criminal history was ordered deported from Colorado by an immigration judge last December. In January, he sought refuge in a church and played the sympathy card in the media as if he had an entitlement not to be deported and “separated” from his family. He wasn’t deported. Now, in the ultimate avoidable death, this illegal alien with a long arrest record allegedly killed Sean Buchanan last Friday in a reckless driving crash. Mr. Buchanan is now separated from his wife and five children, permanently, in the grave.

“Miguel Ramirez Valiente had the prototypical rap sheet of a criminal alien and a habitual drunk driver, yet he was never deported and was allowed to cycle in and out of the criminal justice system as if he were an American for years. He is a Salvadoran national who has been here illegally for 14 years. Valiente was arrested for reckless endangerment in 2011 and domestic violence in 2016. In 2018, he pleaded guilty to DUI and had his license revoked, according to records obtained by Denver’s Channel 7 news.

“According to that local ABC affiliate, “One day before the deadly crash, his probation for that DUI was extended because he had not completed alcohol therapy and community service.” One person who knew him described Valiente as “an alcoholic and an abuser.”’

Valiente was pulled over for a traffic stop in 2011 and would have been deported, but an immigration judge granted him relief and allowed him to apply for a U-visa as a victim of a crime. Say what? That is just corrupt and wrong. That judge should be disbarred for that stunt. These kind of actions are getting people killed.

The case was reopened against Valiente after he racked up more criminal arrests and after he failed to appear in immigration court last year, he was ordered deported in December 2018. That’s when Valiente sought refuge in the All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church in Colorado Springs along with other illegal aliens. In January, he held a press conference crying about being separated from his family, and the media ate it up. “I can’t be separated from them,” he said. “I have always worked hard to support my family, and they depend on me.”

No one should be above the rule of law. Especially not someone who broke our laws to come here and steal from all of us. And now kill, as well. Liberals demand those such as Valiente not be separated from his family by deportation, but they are cool with someone like Buchanan being separated from his family permanently by death. There is no justice here.

Thank God for our Border Patrol. Sanctuary politicians are working against them, like in Maryland where the 9th illegal alien sex predator has been arrested, but our Border Patrol & ICE agents are scooping them up as fast as they can.

Fox5 San Diego is reporting:

SAN DIEGO — U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested five people Saturday night who were involved in a human smuggling event, officials said. Included in the group was a man who had two prior felony arrests and more than 10 years of prison time.

At approximately 9:30 p.m., Border Patrol agents near Tecate, California, observed a suspicious vehicle traveling on State Route 94. The driver noticed an agent behind him as he drove his 2012 Chevrolet Cruze, officials said. He tried to swerve out of the way of the agent but was blocked by another car.

The agent pulled over the suspicious sedan and questioned five people in the car. Three passengers in the backseat claimed to be from Mexico and said they did not have documentation that allowed them to be in the U.S., agents added.

All five were arrested and taken to a nearby station. During routine processing, it was revealed that one of the men who claimed to be a Mexican national was actually from El Salvador and had a criminal history, which included indecent liberties with a child and possession of a controlled substance.

The driver and front passenger, who are U.S. citizens, face human smuggling charges and the El Salvadoran man faces Federal charges for criminal re-entry. The vehicle was seized by the U.S. Border Patrol.

Have you had enough yet, folks? How many more of our women and children have to be raped for this insanity to stop?

This is what the left wants. They don’t care about the safety of the American people. Illegal immigration must end.

Via Breitbart:

An illegal alien has been arrested after allegedly raping a woman in the sanctuary county of Montgomery County, Maryland, making the ninth illegal alien to be charged with rape or sex crimes against children in less than two months in the region.

According to ABC 7 News’ Kevin Lewis, 23-year-old illegal alien Josue Gomez-Gonzalez was arrested this week after he allegedly raped a female friend of his who was intoxicated at the time of the sexual assault.

A police report obtained by Lewis details how Gomez-Gonzalez allegedly attempted to force himself on the woman while the two were in his car. After taking the woman back to his apartment, as she was intoxicated and cannot remember parts of the evening, the woman told police that Gomez-Gonzalez raped her.

The next morning, the woman woke up to serious vaginal pain and called police, who took her to a nearby hospital where a rape kit was administered.

After identifying Gomez-Gonzalez as her rapist, police questioned the illegal alien, and they said he admitted to raping the woman while in his car and sexually assaulting her. Continue Reading

Via ABC7:

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. — In the wake of heated protests centered on illegal immigration in Maryland’s most populated county, authorities there have arrested an undocumented immigrant for the alleged rape of an intoxicated woman.

Josue A. Gomez-Gonzalez, 23, of Gaithersburg, is charged with second-degree rape and second-degree assault.

Around 4:30 p.m. on September 10, police say Gomez-Gonzalez picked up his female friend with plans to take her out to dinner. On the way to the restaurant, the two stopped at a liquor store and purchased a bottle of Hennessy cognac. They then drove to a park in Gaithersburg where they managed to polish off the entire bottle, according to investigators.

The victim recalled feeling extremely drowsy and says she started to doze off in the car. That’s when Gomez-Gonzalez allegedly began to kiss her and tried to “pull down her leggings.”

“Each time Victim A told Gomez-Gonzalez to stop, that she would scream or she would call the police,” Montgomery County special victims detectives wrote in court documents.

Walking Up Kolfage's Border Wall – Final Day Of Construction

This is a video I shot on the day we were placing the final bollard section at the top of Airman Kolfage's border wall we built. I walked from the bottom to the top. It was around 100 degrees out. I was on the mountain 15 hours that day (It was actually my birthday), documenting the final section being put in. I sped up the video so it's in time-lapse format. Projects 2 & 3 are starting soon. Thanks for everyone's support! Donate for sections 2 & 3 here: https://webuildthewall.us/donation-form/

The victim remembered exiting the car at one point to urinate in a bush. As she walked back, she fell to the ground due to her level of intoxication. Gomez-Gonzalez — who is 5-foot-9 and 200 pounds — allegedly called two of his friends to help carry the victim back to his car.

“Wow, she’s really fu—- up,” one of those friends reportedly stated upon seeing the woman.

The victim told detectives she had memories of Gomez-Gonzalez later leading her up the main steps to his town home along the 200 block of Garth Terrace in Gaithersburg, located near the Lakeforest Mall. Once inside the residence, Gomez-Gonzalez allegedly kissed the victim’s face, neck and breasts, stripped down and got on top of her.

The victim says she attempted to push Gomez-Gonzalez off and managed to hit him the chest, but to no avail. Then she passed out, saying she awoke the following morning with intense pain.

“When Victim A went to the bathroom she noticed she was bleeding,” detectives noted in court documents. “Victim A noticed Gomez-Gonzalez had already left for work by the time she woke up. Victim A immediately called the police who responded and transported Victim A to Shady Grove Adventist Hospital where she consented to a Sexual Assault Forensic Exam.” Continue Reading
