When someone dies senselessly, it upends the lives of all those involved and rips their world apart. That is the case with a convicted criminal illegal alien who has been in the United States for at least eight years and is accused of killing a Colorado father of five children in a deadly crash on August 2nd, according to law enforcement officials.
Sean Buchanan was by all accounts a wonderful man. His wife Kathy and their five children adored him. A 40-year-old illegal alien named Miguel Ramirez Valiente from El Salvador who was facing deportation took that all away from them in a motorcycle crash. Valiente over-corrected after swerving into Buchanan’s lane, hitting and killing him. He was driving without a license and has a rap sheet.
Despite all of this, Valiente was not arrested at the scene of the crime and the locals fear he could flee the country before charges are brought against him. Why in the heck would they let this guy go? Sounds like Colorado has gone the way of California. That’s just insane and utterly devoid of justice.
“He was amazing. It’s trying to figure out what the new normal looks like when the old normal was so good,” Kathy Buchanan, Sean’s wife, told Denver ABC 7. I can’t imagine what she is going through or the anger and loss she must feel over this.
“In 2013, the state of Colorado passed a law that allows eligible illegal aliens to obtain state driver’s licenses.
“Valiente’s criminal record dates back to 2011 when he was charged with reckless endangerment in Douglas County, Colorado. Then, in 2016 Valiente was charged with domestic violence in El Paso County, Colorado. In both of these cases, Denver ABC 7 reports, the charges were dropped against Valiente.
“Last year, the illegal alien pleaded guilty to drunk driving charges from 2017. A day before the fatal accident, Valiente has his probation extended for failing to comply with alcohol therapy and community service requirements.
“Denver ABC 7 interviewed a woman, who kept her identity anonymous, that knew Valiente says he should have never been free in the first place.
“He should have been arrested after the crash,” the woman said. “He just had a DUI, and he’s driving with no license, and he killed somebody like you shouldn’t walk away from that.”
“My personal opinion is that we don’t do enough to stop this kind of thing because it could have been stopped,” the woman continued. “You’re here and you’re a hard worker and you’re not causing trouble and doing bad things that’s fine, but he had already been in trouble, several times and now we have a death because of it.”
“A friend of the Buchanan family has created a GoFundMe page for Kathy and their five children.
“Sean leaves behind his wife, Kathy, his daughters 15-year-old Jasyln, 12-year-old Maleah, 10-year-old Bella, and his two adopted sons, eight-year-old Michal, and six-year-old Divin.
“Last month, the Cottrell family in Bloomington, Illinois suffered the loss of their loved one, Corey, a father to two young daughters, after he was hit and killed on his motorcycle by an illegal alien from Honduras.”
Unfortunately, there’s more:
“An illegal alien with a criminal history was ordered deported from Colorado by an immigration judge last December. In January, he sought refuge in a church and played the sympathy card in the media as if he had an entitlement not to be deported and “separated” from his family. He wasn’t deported. Now, in the ultimate avoidable death, this illegal alien with a long arrest record allegedly killed Sean Buchanan last Friday in a reckless driving crash. Mr. Buchanan is now separated from his wife and five children, permanently, in the grave.
“Miguel Ramirez Valiente had the prototypical rap sheet of a criminal alien and a habitual drunk driver, yet he was never deported and was allowed to cycle in and out of the criminal justice system as if he were an American for years. He is a Salvadoran national who has been here illegally for 14 years. Valiente was arrested for reckless endangerment in 2011 and domestic violence in 2016. In 2018, he pleaded guilty to DUI and had his license revoked, according to records obtained by Denver’s Channel 7 news.
“According to that local ABC affiliate, “One day before the deadly crash, his probation for that DUI was extended because he had not completed alcohol therapy and community service.” One person who knew him described Valiente as “an alcoholic and an abuser.”’
Valiente was pulled over for a traffic stop in 2011 and would have been deported, but an immigration judge granted him relief and allowed him to apply for a U-visa as a victim of a crime. Say what? That is just corrupt and wrong. That judge should be disbarred for that stunt. These kind of actions are getting people killed.
The case was reopened against Valiente after he racked up more criminal arrests and after he failed to appear in immigration court last year, he was ordered deported in December 2018. That’s when Valiente sought refuge in the All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church in Colorado Springs along with other illegal aliens. In January, he held a press conference crying about being separated from his family, and the media ate it up. “I can’t be separated from them,” he said. “I have always worked hard to support my family, and they depend on me.”
No one should be above the rule of law. Especially not someone who broke our laws to come here and steal from all of us. And now kill, as well. Liberals demand those such as Valiente not be separated from his family by deportation, but they are cool with someone like Buchanan being separated from his family permanently by death. There is no justice here.

Shots Fired Into ICE Offices In San Antonio After Leftist Threats, FBI Investigating ‘Targeted Attack’
Terrorists masquerading as open border activists shot into an ICE office in San Antonio, Texas. This was after they made threats to commit violence. The FBI is now investigating this as a targeted attack based on political rhetoric. Another group of radicals threatened employees of a government contractor in Florida that provides facility space for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency to detain border crossers and illegal aliens the day before this happened. It looks like revolutionary violence has arrived.
Breitbart News, who dares to conduct actual reporting, captured footage of protesters with Never Again Action, Miramar Circle of Protection Friends of Miami-Dade Detainees, Food Not Bombs Fort Lauderdale, Students Working for Equal Rights, and the Black Lives Matter Alliance of Broward County who shouted threats at workers and former employees of the GEO Group, a private contractor used by ICE for facility and detention space. In other words… communists.
One of these violent radicals directly threatened GEO Group’s former general counsel John Bulfin, shouting the locations and addresses of where his children live in the United States. That’s called doxxing and the left is doing if more and more… paging Joaquin Castro who doxxed President Trump’s donors there in San Antonio. The same city as the shooting… hmmm… I detect a trend.
“We know where all your children live throughout the country … John Bulfin you have kids in [bleeped out], you have kids in [bleeped out],” the protester shouted. “We know everything about you and you won’t just be seeing us here.”
“We know where you sleep at night,” another protester shouted. “We know what kind of dog food you buy your dogs.”
“We’re not actually joking,” the protester said before shouting the location of where Bulfin lives. “John Bulfin you go to [bleeped out], you go to church on [bleeped out], you live on [bleeped out the] road. We are not joking.”
“The threats came just a day before gunmen allegedly fired shots into local ICE offices and GEO Group offices in San Antonio, Texas in what the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is describing as a “targeted attack.”
“These shootings were cowardly, brazen, violent acts, absolutely without justification and a threat to our entire community,” San Antonio FBI Chief Christopher Combs told KSAT 12. “An attempt to attack federal employees is a federal crime with serious consequences … I don’t think there is a question that they knew which floor the ICE office is on,” said Combs during a press conference Tuesday afternoon at the scene, adding that all the rounds that were recovered were found on the floor that ICE occupies.”
“To fire indiscriminately into any building is not an act of a protest but an act of violence,” Combs said.
“In an interview with Breitbart News, GEO Group VP of Corporate Relations Pablo Paez said the protest threatening the contractor’s employees is “incredibly reckless.”
“The safety of our employees is our top priority and we will do whatever it takes to ensure that their safety and their security remains our top priority,” Paez said. He went on:
“These are politically motivated attacks. We have been a services provider to the federal government for over 30 years. The fact is that the services we provide in our facilities today are in no way different than the high quality, professional services under the same standards that we provided for eight years under President Obama’s administration. So where was the outrage then?
“Last year, “abolish ICE” protesters targeted agents in the city of Portland, Oregon, shouting racial slurs at Hispanic and black American ICE officers, Breitbart News reported. Those same abolish ICE activists also videotaped themselves beheading a doll of President Donald Trump. The images depicted Trump’s head being chopped off with a guillotine.”
What kind of sicko threatens peoples’ children, families, and dogs like this? Oh, that’s right… leftist ones. You don’t see this on the right.
The shooting occurred around 3 a.m. at an ICE building where two floors that housed administrative and executive offices were targeted, according to the San Antonio Express-News. The outlet reported another shooting occurred at a separate facility where an ICE contractor was located.
All of the shots that we have found are on the floors where ICE had offices,” Combs said. “This is no question a very targeted attack. It’s not a secret facility, you can go online, it’s [the address is] out there. So they did some research, they knew what floors ICE was on, they knew what buildings they were and they hit those.”
One guy was taken into custody and then released because he wasn’t the one who did the shooting.
Daniel Bible, the field office director for the agency’s enforcement and removal operations in San Antonio, blamed the shooting on elected officials, the media and activists for a breakdown in political discourse that has encouraged violent acts.
“Political rhetoric and misinformation that various politicians, media outlets and activist groups recklessly disseminate to the American people regarding the ICE mission only serve to further encourage these violent acts,” Bible told Fox News affiliate, KABB-TV. “ICE officers put their lives on the line each and every day to keep our communities safe. This disturbing public discourse shrouds our critical law enforcement function and unnecessarily puts our officers’ safety at risk.”
“We are concerned that there could be additional attacks, we have to stop that,” Combs said. “We can not allow political discourse to lead us to the point of violence, where federal employees, innocent people doing their jobs are put in harm’s way.”
These people knew exactly who they were shooting at. And yes, there were people in the building at that time of night. They won’t be satisfied until someone dies over this. Actually, if you count the dead Antifa terrorist who firebombed an ICE facility in Tacoma, Washington, someone already has.

AZ Court Of Appeals: No Death Penalty For Illegal Accused Of Murdering Grant Ronnebeck
Makes you wonder how many of these judges are on the take from the cartels.
How many more Americans are going to be slaughtered by illegal aliens? These judges are despicable and should be held accountable for the things they do.
The Democrat party is responsible for every single American murdered by an illegal alien.
An Arizona court made official this week that the illegal alien charged with murdering 21-year-old Grant Ronnebeck will not face the death penalty because of his alleged “intellectual disability.”
Last month, Judge Michael Kemp ruled that 34-year-old illegal alien Apolinar Altamirano was not eligible for the death penalty because he had a fifth-grade education and was unable to obtain special education because he grew up in rural Mexico. Last year, Kemp ruled that prosecutors in the case would not be allowed to mention that Altamirano was an illegal alien who had been living in the U.S. for more than 20 years.
This week, the Arizona Court of Appeals reinforced Kemp’s decision, telling prosecutors that they would not be allowed to seek the death penalty against Altamirano.
On January 22, 2015, Altamirano entered a QuickTrip convenience store in Mesa, Arizona, where Ronnebeck worked as a store clerk, and allegedly shot the young man to death after demanding a pack of cigarettes, Breitbart News reported at the time.

After shooting and killing Ronnebeck, prosecutors say Altamirano stepped over the body of the young man to grab a couple more packs of cigarettes before fleeing the scene. Following the alleged murder, the illegal alien sent police on a high-speed chase and was eventually arrested and taken into custody.
At the time of the alleged murder, Altamirano — an alleged self-proclaimed member of the Sinaloa Cartel — had been out of police custody on bond despite having orders to be deported from the U.S.
Prosecutors will continue seeking a first-degree murder conviction for Altamirano.
“Our children are worth … it’s blood on [the Democrats’] hands,” Angel Dad Steve Ronnebeck said during a press conference for Angel Families in June. ” … I made a promise right after Grant died that I was going to keep fighting for Grant and keep fighting for the American people. What the American people don’t understand is that it’s going to happen to them or somebody they know … with so many people coming across our border.”
Steve Ronnebeck serves on triple-amputee vet Brian Kolfage’s advisory board for ‘We Build the Wall, Inc.
