BREAKING: Transcript released of letter from ‘Jane Doe’ Kavanaugh accuser

Published

on

Daily Wire Reported on this transcript Sent To Senator Harris’s office: On Sunday evening, the Senate Judiciary Committee released the transcript of a telephone interview with Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh given by Senate Democrats on Wednesday, the night before the hearing. The interview included questions regarding a highly dubious, nonspecific, anonymous accusation of rape received by the office of Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA).

A woman who offered no return address or name sent a letter to Sen. Harris’ office marked “urgent.” This anonymous person outlined a scenario wherein Kavanaugh allegedly forced her to give him oral sex in a car as his unnamed friend in the backseat assisted by covering her mouth. “They forced me to go into the backseat and took turns raping me several times each,” the letter alleges, adding that Kavanaugh also struck her in the face and threatened her not to tell.

This anonymous person has offered no location, no date, no corroboration, no names.

By bringing up the totally baseless and ambiguous accusation, the Democrats ensured that it would be on record to add to the cloud over the judge.

After confirming that, as well as no name, there was no date and no location identified by the accuser, a Committee member read the “handwritten two-and-a-half page letter,” which Kavanaugh said he was completely unaware of.

Here’s the letter, as read by one of the Committee members:

Dear, Senator Grassley, et al.

The current situation regarding the accusations made by Dr. Ford against Brett Kavanaugh have prompted me to write you today. I have moved on with my life since he forced himself on me as well. The times were so different, and I didn’t expect to be taken seriously, embarrass my family, be believed at all. I was at a party with a friend. I had been drinking. She left with another boy, leaving me to find my own way home. Kavanaugh and a friend offered me a ride home. I don’t know the other boy’s name. I was in his car to go home. His friend was behind me in the backseat. Kavanaugh kissed me forcefully. I told him I only wanted a ride home. Kavanaugh continued to grope me over my clothes, forcing his kisses on me and putting his hand under my sweater. ‘No,’ I yelled at him. The boy in the backseat reached around, putting his hand over my mouth and holding my arm to keep me in the car. I screamed into his hand. Kavanaugh continued his forcing himself on me. He pulled up my sweater and bra exposing my breasts, and reached into my panties, inserting his fingers into my vagina. My screams were silenced by the boy in the backseat covering my mouth and groping me as well. Kavanaugh slapped me and told me to be quiet and forced me to perform oral sex on him. He climaxed in my mouth. They forced me to go into the backseat and took turns raping me several times each. They dropped me off two blocks from my home. ‘No one will believe if you tell. Be a good girl,’ he told me. Watching what has happened to Anita Hill and Dr. Ford has me petrified to come forward in person or even provide my name. A group of white men, powerful senators who won’t believe me, will come after me. Like Dr. Ford, I’m a teacher, I have an education, a family, a child, a home. I have credibility. Just because something happens a long time ago, because a rape victim doesn’t want to personally come forward, does not mean something can’t be true.

Jane Doe, Oceanside, California.

Here’s the exchange that took place after the letter was read to Kavanaugh (the names of the Committee members speaking are redacted):

Judge Kavanaugh: Nothing — the whole thing is ridiculous. Nothing ever — anything like that, nothing I mean, that’s — the whole thing is just a crock, farce, wrong, didn’t happen, not anything close.

Okay. I’m going to go through a few of the specific allegations just to have your responses. Have you ever kissed a woman against her will while driving her home from a party?

Judge Kavanaugh: No.

[…]

Have you ever put a hand under a woman’s sweater while your — while your friend put his hand over her mouth or held her arm?

Judge Kavanaugh: No.

Have you ever put your hand under a woman’s sweater after she told you she only wanted a ride home?

Judge Kavanaugh: No.

Have you ever put a hand under a woman’s sweater after she yelled “no?”

Judge Kavanaugh: No.

Have you ever had a friend silence a woman while you were engaged in a physical encounter with her?

Judge Kavanaugh: No.

Have you ever used fingers to penetrate a woman’s vagina against her will?

Judge Kavanaugh: No.

Have you ever slapped a woman and told her to be quiet while forcing her to perform oral sex on you?

Judge Kavanaugh: No.

Have you and a friend ever taken turns raping a woman?

Judge Kavanaugh. No.

Have you ever told a woman you assaulted “no one will believe if you tell, be a good girl?”

Judge Kavanaugh: No.

“Do you object to the public release of what you have said today on this phone call, including the public release of the transcript?” Kavanaugh was asked at the end of the questioning.

“I do not object,” he answered.

Anyone that is smuggling in illegal aliens needs to be arrested!

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Report:

ROCKFORD, Ill. — An Illinois man was indicted Tuesday by a federal grand jury on several counts of illegally bringing aliens to the U.S., transporting them and harboring them for his personal financial gain.

This indictment was announced by U.S. Attorney John R. Lausch Jr., Northern District of Illinois, and Special Agent in Charge James M. Gibbons, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). The DeKalb (Illinois) Police Department assisted in this investigation.

Luis Alfredo Delacruz, 49, from DeKalb, Illinois, was indicted on the following charges:

two counts of bringing aliens into the United States at a place other than a designated port of entry for commercial advantage or private financial gain;
two counts of bringing aliens into the U.S. at a place other than a designated port of entry;
two counts of transporting illegal aliens within the U.S. for commercial advantage or private financial gain; and,
eight counts of harboring illegal aliens for commercial advantage or private financial gain.
As alleged in the indictment, in November 2015 and April 2016, Delacruz brought into the United States two aliens who had not received prior official authorization to enter. Delacruz did not bring them through immigration at a designated port of entry, the indictment states.

It is further alleged that on June 1, 2018, Delacruz illegally harbored eight illegal aliens in buildings or other places through employment at Alfredo’s Iron Works in Cortland. Delacruz allegedly harbored these aliens for commercial advantage and his own financial gain.

Each count of bringing aliens into the United States at a place other than a designated port of entry for commercial advantage or private financial gain carries a mandatory minimum sentence of three years in prison and a maximum of 10 years.

Each count of bringing aliens to the U.S. at a place other than a designated port of entry carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison.

Each count of transporting illegal aliens within the U.S. for commercial advantage or private financial gain, and each count of harboring illegal aliens for commercial advantage or private financial gain, carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.

Each count in the indictment also carries a maximum fine of $250,000, and a period of supervised release following imprisonment of up to three years.

If convicted, the Court must impose a reasonable sentence under federal sentencing statutes and the advisory U.S. Sentencing Guidelines.

The public is reminded that an indictment contains only charges and is not evidence of guilt. The defendant is presumed innocent and entitled to a fair trial at which the government has the burden of proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

Delacruz is scheduled to appear for arraignment on April 23 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Iain D. Johnston in Rockford, Illinois.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Joseph C. Pedersen, Northern District of Illinois, prosecuted this case.

Another scary reminder of why we need to close our border!

Knox News Reports:

“Federal immigration agents have joined the search for the suspect in a fatal hit-and-run that left a Knoxville woman dead last week.

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency is assisting in the search for 54-year-old illegal alien Juan Francisco, ICE spokesman Bryan Cox confirmed Tuesday.

Knoxville police have identified Francisco as the suspect who struck and killed Debbie Burgess, 52, as she walked along Pleasant Ridge Road near the Custom Foods of America plant June 8.

Authorities have active arrest warrants for Francisco on charges of vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of an accident.

The suspect’s local criminal history includes a DUI conviction in 2017.

He also was convicted of theft in 2002 for forging another man’s name on a Tennessee driver’s license and Social Security card while working a local landscaping company, according to an arrest warrant. The warrant identifies Francisco as an undocumented immigrant.

Cox said Wednesday that Francisco’s immigration status has not changed in the years since.

In 2004, Francisco was charged with driving without a valid license. That arrest warrant notes he had a Guatemala driver’s license at the time, but no permit to drive in the U.S. The violation was retired in 2010.

Anyone with information on Francisco’s whereabouts is asked to call the Knoxville Police Department’s crime hotline at 865-215-7212.

Big League Politics has more on this story:

An illegal alien living in Tennessee is wanted by local and federal authorities after he allegedly struck and killed a woman with his vehicle last week, killing her.

“The Knoxville Police Department is searching for a suspect in a fatal hit-and-run on April 8, 2019,” according to WVLT. “KPD said it is searching for Juan Francisco, who authorities said was driving a 1998 Dodge pickup truck in the vicinity of Custom Foods at 3600 Pleasant Ridge Road when he struck the victim, Debbie Burgess, with his vehicle.”

Burgess died at the hospital after the incident.

Francisco has a long history of arrests, and authorities have known that he was here illegally since 2002, when he was charged with theft. In 2004, he was charged with reckless driving, and in 2017, he was charged with DUI. It is unclear whether her was ever deported from the United States, despite his lengthy rap sheet.
