Freudian slip anyone? Former Vice President Joe Biden just added to his long list of gaffes and this racially-tinged one is a doozy. Within hours of saying he values “truth over facts,” he appeared to conflate poverty with skin color before correcting himself. He says he misspoke – which he does a lot evidently.
The seemingly chosen-one for the Democrat’s 2020 presidential bid told a crowd of supporters in Iowa that “poor kids are just as bright and talented as white kids,” which insinuates that if you are poor, you are a minority and if you are smart and talented, you are white. Just wow. This guy must have a whole team just to cover for his moronic statements.
“We should challenge these students, we should challenge students in these schools and have advance placement programs in these schools,” Biden told the Asian and Latino Coalition PAC, in comments reported by Fox News. “We have this notion that somehow if you’re poor, you cannot do it. Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.”
Good luck with mitigating that gaffe. Geez. Uncle Joe is going to be a hoot to watch if he is the nominee for the Democrats… Trump will crush him repeatedly. Pass the popcorn.
Joe Biden slip-up in Iowa tonight.

After the gaffe, Biden paused for the requisite applause and the audience robotically did so. Then Biden seemed to catch himself over the goof (Is that someone in your ear, Joe?) and proceeded to try and fix it by expanding the list of talented kids to include blacks and Asians.
“Wealthy kids, black kids, Asian kids. No, I really mean it. But think how we think about it,” he added. Too little, far too late dude.

This whole unfortunate incident came on the heels of another mind-blowingly dumb comment where Biden seemed to think “facts” and “truth” are somehow opposites. “We choose unity over division. We choose science over fiction. We choose truth over facts,” Joe Biden enthusiastically told a crowd of cheering supporters. Man, how bone-jarringly dumb can you get? And that includes the people clapping.
From The Daily Wire:
“The comments add to the already long list of gaffes throughout his career, including during the 2008 presidential campaign, in which he condescendingly referred to Obama as an “articulate” and “clean” African American.
“I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy,” Biden said. “I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”
“In response to the criticism, Biden told reporters at the time his comments had been taken out of context, which he will likely do when progressives pounce on him for seemingly equating poverty with skin color.
Joe Biden: Donald Trump is the most racisty racist of all the racists!
*rally crowd cheers wildly*
And I’m here to tell you: “poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids!”

“Barack Obama is probably the most exciting candidate that the Democratic or Republican Party has produced at least since I’ve been around,” Biden said in his defense. “And he’s fresh. He’s new. He’s smart. He’s insightful. And I really regret that some have taken totally out of context my use of the word ‘clean.'”
“In this election cycle, Biden issued his biggest gaffe of the campaign when he praised two Democrat segregationists for being examples in political civility. “I was in a caucus with James O. Eastland. He never called me boy, he always called me son,” said Biden, reportedly in a southern accent.
“Sen. James O. Eastland (D-MS) fervently opposed civil rights and has been referred to as the “Voice of the White South.” Biden also held up Sen. Herman Talmadge (D-GA) as an example of political civility — a man whom Biden described as being “one of the meanest guys I ever knew.”
“Well guess what? At least there was some civility,” he said of Talmadge. “We got things done. We didn’t agree on much of anything. We got things done. We got it finished. But today you look at the other side and you’re the enemy. Not the opposition, the enemy. We don’t talk to each other anymore.”
“Beyond the gaffes, the former vice president has largely turned his attention to President Trump this week, whom he has accused of enabling white supremacists through his rhetoric.
“In both clear language and in code, this president has fanned the flames of white supremacy in this nation,” Biden said in the wake of the horrific shooting in El Paso, Texas. “Trump offers no moral leadership, no interest in unifying the nation, no evidence the presidency has awakened his conscience in the least. Our president has more in common with George Wallace than George Washington.”‘
Yet another entry added to the long list of Joe Biden's career of gaffes.

You know, the whole ‘taken out of context’ excuse only works so long before people figure out you’re just as dumb as a box of rocks. And creepy as well. Biden seems to be incapable of filtering himself properly. Trump says what he means and Obama was very selective in his wording, but Uncle Joe is a political trainwreck.
I hope he gets the nomination. Trump agrees: “I saw his comment. Joe Biden is not playing with a full deck. This is not somebody you can have as your president. But if he got the nomination, I would be thrilled.”

And it amazes me that a man who continually accuses President Trump of being a racist (and he isn’t), can make as many racist comments as he has in the past and just be given a pass over it. Hypocrisy, thy name is Biden.
Unfortunately for Biden, not everyone loves him on the left and they may very well use this against him. Politics is a vicious game… not just between parties, but within their ranks. It’s dog-eat-dog and no holds barred. Trust me, I know.
I want to give Biden grace on this slip-up but media rules, as seen with Trump coverage, say otherwise. https://t.co/K04YKWXpx9

I seriously wonder if Biden is suffering from dementia sometimes. Not kidding.
The rapid response team for the Trump 2020 campaign posted the video on social media, where it quickly got many views and retweets. At this rate, Trump won’t have to break a sweat to win another term. Thousands attend his rallies while the Democrats struggle to get a handful. Their candidates are so radical it is laughable and none are going to beat President Trump. Then there is Joe Biden. Keep it up… Trump loves it.
I really hope Joe Biden gets the nomination. The gaffe machine will make the general election so much more fun to watch. https://t.co/KUmAymADs0

Bernie Sanders: “There Is No Middle Ground,” ‘We’re Going To Stop Using Gas & Coal’
Gotta love when Millionaire communists lecture you on what you can and can’t do. Good thing he will never be elected President!
Via The Daily Caller:
2020 candidate and self-described democratic socialist Bernie Sanders said that the United States has to stop using gasoline and coal, and that “there ain’t no middle ground” on the issue.
“It is no secret that we must transition away from fossil fuels, period. End of discussion. There ain’t no middle ground…There is no middle ground,” Sanders said during a speech Thursday in California.
The Independent Vermont senator released a climate plan Thursday modeled after the “Green New Deal” that called for $16 trillion in new spending to fight climate change.
A key part of the plan is “Justice for frontline communities,” which refers to “under-resourced groups, communities of color, Native Americans, people with disabilities, children and the elderly – to recover from, and prepare for, the climate impacts, including through a $40 billion Climate Justice Resiliency Fund.”
Sanders’ plan, which is modeled as a “Green New Deal,” also targets “environmental racism.”
“The Green New Deal must serve to address modern and historical inequities and environmental racism,” it reads.
Sanders has sought to separate himself from the field of other 2020 Democratic contenders by proposing far-left plans on a variety of issues.
On health care, Sanders supports a “Medicare for All” style plan which would eliminate private health insurance plans and give free health care to illegal immigrants. Continue Reading
Bernie Sanders Says His $16-Trillion Green New Deal-Like Plan Will Create 20 Million Jobs
Via Daily Caller:
Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders introduced a $16.3-trillion plan similar to the Green New Deal on Thursday, which he says will create 20 million jobs.
The plan aims to make 100% of energy for U.S. electricity and transportation renewable by 2030 and have “complete decarbonization” by 2050, according to its outline.
Bernie Sanders just spoke at a rally in downtown Sacramento. Trump supporters showed up & they didn't attack or beat anyone. They just politely discussed their political beliefs with those in attendance. Wonder if MSM will cover that. @realDonaldTrump @DonaldJTrumpJr @Scavino45 pic.twitter.com/e1e8gAbZPW

“As President, Bernie Sanders will boldly embrace the moral imperative of climate change and mobilize the political will necessary for a wholesale transformation of our society, with massive investments in sustainable energy, energy efficiency, and a transformation of our transportation system,” his plan reads. Dem Rep Says We Need Illegal Immigrants To Mow ‘Our Beautiful Lawns’ – WATCH
That is some serious white supremacy right there. The Democrats racist colors always show. They can’t hide that for long…and they sure make it clear on how they love slaves.
It isn’t conservatives that are racist…it’s the Democrat party!
Via The Daily Wire:
Rep. Tom Malinowski (D-NJ) explained to his constituents earlier in the week that illegal immigrants are necessary members of New Jersey’s 7th Congressional District because they are willing to take on the jobs that the community’s teenagers will no longer do.
“We have to think about the jobs because the reason this happens is because there are a lot of jobs in our community that, like it or not, for better or worse, Americans are not willing to take,” Malinowski told the crowd while appearing at a town hall meeting.
“I mean, who do you think is taking care of our seniors? Fifty percent of the eldercare workers in the state of New Jersey are immigrants, most of them legal — most of them documented — but certainly some of them are not,” he continued. “Who do you think is mowing our beautiful lawns in Somerset County? We don’t usually ask but a lot of those workers are undocumented.”
Malinowski contended that the illegal immigrants residing in the area are able to fill the gap as teenagers who historically have been working menial jobs are now focused more on a white collar education in the technology sector.
“There just aren’t a lot of kids who — sorry — are from Montgomery High [School], who are going to be doing that full time,” the Democratic lawmaker said. “You guys are going into robotics, for goodness sake.”
Malinowski’s controversial comments come as he prepares to seek a second term in the congressional swing district. The freshman congressman, who previously served as the Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor under former President Barack Obama, successfully flipped his red district blue during the 2018 midterm elections after he edged out longtime incumbent Rep. Leonard Lance (R-NJ).
Four of New Jersey’s twelve House districts were won by Democrats after decades of being reliably red, including Malinowski’s newly acquired seat. Continue Reading
