5 Major Problems With Dr. Ford’s Testimony That Could Ensure Kavanaugh Gets The Vote

Published

on

The whole nation sat next to their TV yesterday to listen to the Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony where she accused Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh of a sexual assault.

There were two types of people watching yesterday. Those on the right who tend to watch with an open mind and try to be fair and those on the left are basically ruled by nothing more than emotion and their hate towards conservatives and the white American male. The same white American male who is responsible for the creation of our great nation but now seems to be branded as the evilest thing since the creation of Satan.

Leaving aside all the left wing hate, if you actually listened to Dr. Ford’s testimony, you couldn’t help but find at least five inconsistencies and contradictions.

Here is more via PJ Media:

“1. She still can’t confirm the basics of her account

She can tell everyone definitively that Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her, but she doesn’t know when, where, who took her there or picked her up (she was 15), or pretty much anything of significance. She has no facts, no corroboration, no medical report, no police report. There is nothing but a claim from a woman with a bad memory and a story contradicted by all her own witnesses. At this point, there is not even any evidence that there was a party at all, much less that Kavanaugh was there or that anything happened between Kavanaugh and Ford.

2. There’s the polygraph weirdness

Rachel Mitchell, a sex crimes prosecutor in Maricopa County, Arizona, who questioned Ford today, went out on what seems to be a strange tangent about the polygraph that Ford took in August. Surprisingly, it still prompted Ford to say a couple of very strange things. Ford said the polygraph was done in Maryland because of her grandmother’s funeral and she was asked if it was done on the same day as her grandmother’s funeral. Ford did not know the answer to that question. Mitchell also asked if she paid for the polygraph, which would normally be quite expensive, and again, Ford said she doesn’t know. If Ford doesn’t have a clear memory of big events that happened to her LAST MONTH, how can anyone be sure her memory of what happened 36 years ago is correct? Was Kavanaugh involved? You wouldn’t think someone could get confused about something like that, but you’d also think someone would know if she spent thousands of dollars paying for a polygraph last month.

3. She could have testified in California

At one point, in response to Mitchell’s comment about how this wasn’t the best forum to explore her allegations, Ford agreed it would have been better if she could have testified at home without having to do this publicly in D.C. — except she could have done exactly that. Not only was the offer made to her legal team, but there were also news articles about it. It was not a secret. So either Ford is lying or perhaps worse yet, she really doesn’t know what’s going on and her legal team unnecessarily tossed her into the meat grinder for political purposes.

4. Ford’s fear of flying is fake

Ford’s own lawyers have been publicly claiming that she’s too frightened to fly and they have gone out of their way to say that she won’t get on a plane because of the Kavanaugh incident. Because of that, they said she’d have to drive cross-country to get to a hearing. Of course, she actually flew. Additionally, under questioning, she admitted she had flown to Maryland, Hawaii, and Tahiti. In other words, that was a bald-faced lie. If she is lying about that, what else is she lying about?

5. Her witnesses don’t back up her account

In her initial letter to Sen. Dianne Feinstein, Ford claimed that four people besides her were at the party. That number seems to change by the day, but let’s go with her original claim. Those four people were Brett Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge, who she says were both in the room along with PJ Smyth and her friend Leland Ingham Keyser. All of them have denied her story under the penalty of felony perjury, which begs an obvious question: whose house was the mystery party at? Are they all supposed to have been partying at someone else’s house while they were gone? It makes no sense. It’s even more damning that her friend Leland Ingham Keyser says she has never even met Brett Kavanaugh. How do you square that circle? Keyser has never met Kavanaugh at all, but she was at the party where Kavanaugh did this? Also, her best friend saw her run out of the party but said nothing? She didn’t ask her about it the next day? This single issue in and of itself completely destroys the credibility of Ford’s accusation.”

The Democrat Party needs to pay for this farce in November. And in 2020. They found a woman who was victimized by someone apparently but for some reason thinks it’s a great idea to lie about it. Anyone who saw the testimony yesterday should be very worried if they have boys of their own since we live in a day and age where someone who has so little credibility as Dr. Ford can actually come forward and drag an innocent man such as Judge Kavanaugh through the mud in the manner she has done so.

Not many people have said this because they don’t have the background in psychology to opine. But what is even scarier about this whole thing is the fact that a woman who seems as confused and conflicted as Dr. Ford is is actually a doctor who has the qualifications to counsel other individuals. If the psychology field had any credibility they would order a full investigation into what is wrong with Dr. Ford before she is allowed to continue counseling people.

Yuma Mayor Declares Emergency Over Migrant Crisis – City Overrun

Published

on

This story originally appeared on WeBuildTheWall.news & was edited & republished with permission:

Sounds like a humanitarian and a national security crisis to me and I’m not the only one who sees it that way. Yuma Mayor Douglas Nicholls just declared an emergency in his city due to what he said was the strain caused by the incoming flow of migrants. The agents and authorities are simply being overwhelmed and swarmed by these invaders.

1,800 came over the border in one day… one day! Half of those detained on Tuesday crossing over from Mexico were found in the El Paso, Texas area, according to officials. Border patrol said more than 980 were apprehended before 5 am after crossing in three large groups. Yuma is having just as rough a time of it.

Mayor Nicholls went public with this on Facebook. He explained that he “proclaimed a local emergency” in the city “due to the migrant family releases overwhelming the local shelter system.” And it’s not just the sheer numbers of illegal immigrants… it’s the economic burden, the crime, the drugs, the danger to children and disease that is playing into this massive emergency state.

Nicholls is begging the government to step in and do something here. I don’t blame him in the least. They need help and fast. “I am calling upon the federal government to alleviate the humanitarian crisis in Yuma, as our NGO’s are overcapacity and cannot sustain providing this aid,” the post said. Here’s a thought – ship all of them to sanctuary cities just as Trump proposed. Works for me. Better yet, don’t let them in at all unless they come here legally.

From Fox News:

“Nicholls, in a video, laid out his reasoning behind the declaration, saying that he ultimately feels that its what’s best for both Yuma and the incoming migrants.

“So it’s with a heavy heart that I declare that we’re at this point but it is something that I believe we need to do to make sure that our community is maintained and that the human rights of all the migrants are also maintained and that we have a path forward that respects both,” he said.

“The city of Yuma, Ariz., also tweeted about the proclamation, citing Nicholls, claiming that released migrants were coming into the area faster than they were leaving.

“The move by the local official comes after President Trump declared a national emergency at the nation’s southern border earlier this year.”

“The transportation network is just insufficient to keep up with demand,” Nicholls said. “And the backlog of people staying at the shelter has created this capacity issue.” The media and the left are playing it up that the poor illegal immigrants don’t have money for bus fare to go to relatives while they await their court date. But the issue here is that they should not be here in the first place.

Now, the city is hoping for a FEMA response. In signing the declaration, Nicholls said he hopes to draw national attention to the plight of local communities struggling with a federal issue, adding that he’s talking to officials in other border cities and calling on them to issue similar emergency declarations. The mayor stated that he had spoken to Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey, who signaled his support for the declaration.

Today I proclaimed a local emergency in Yuma, due to the migrant family releases overwhelming the local shelter system. I am calling upon the federal government to alleviate the humanitarian crisis in Yuma, as our NGO’s are overcapacity and cannot sustain providing this aid. I signed the proclamation of emergency and soon after spoke with media at approximately 3:15 pm (MST). You can view via the video below:

“We will review any declaration once we receive it,” according to a statement Tuesday night from Patrick Ptak, a Ducey spokesman. “Ultimately, this humanitarian crisis is the result of Congress’ failure to act. It will only be solved by Congress actually doing something, and the governor has vocally urged Congress to quit playing politics and take action. If only they would.

“In the wake of their inaction, our office is working with local governments, non-profits and our federal partners to maximize available resources and ensure proper coordination between ICE officials and groups providing temporary services to migrants.”

Nicholls fears hungry migrants roaming the streets. He should fear much worse than that. “This isn’t a natural disaster,” Nicholls said. “But it is a disaster.”

“… the local emergency exceeds control of the services, personnel, equipment and facilities of the City of Yuma and requires the combined efforts, cooperation, and resources of the Yuma community including local and non-profit agencies such as the Red Cross, Catholic Community Services, The Salvation Army, Yuma Community Food Bank, churches, the County of Yuma, the State of Arizona, and the United States of America,” the statement said.

It’s long past time for the wall to be built and We Build The Wall should start their project this month. Meanwhile, President Trump is still scratching and fighting for every mile of barrier put up. Put the blame of all this where it belongs… squarely on the left. #WeBuildTheWall
